Overall, I can't complain about the site. I bought my daughter's Tony Lamas through this site because they were at least $30 cheaper than all the other sites. Delivery does take a while (6-12 days, mine showed up on day 12). I don't know why they have an order status button on the site. All it does is make you panic because your status does not change from pending until your boots actually show up. You think for 10 or 11 days that they have not even processed your order, when in fact they are on their way. They should just take the order status option off their site altogether. If you need the warm, fuzzy reassurance of knowing your status minute by minute... this is not the site for you. If you can trust them that when they say it will be there in 12 days, it will be there, and save some money it is a good site. The boots were beautiful, and the correct size by the way.

Beware! First of all, in terms of ariat boots if you return the item in the box and the box is marked in any way they charge you $8. If you no longer have the box, they will not accept the return. I ordered a pair of Ariat boots, same style that I had owned the year before. The fit was not the same, however, and I returned them in less than 48 hours for an exchange. 7 weeks has gone by as of today and I have not yet received any boots. I have cancelled my order- unbelievably slow service.

I ask for exchange siz. It takes month. After I call tey return same. They cell you non grade boot. Dont buy

Ordered boots 13 days back no boots no tracking number im still waiting will post further review but I find this totally un acceptable thus far. But I will inform you if it gets worse polite service however politeness isn't what I orderd

DANGER DANGER DANGER
This site has to be the worst site to order from on the internet. The customer service people lie and tell you diffent excuses. You will not get the item ordered for week if you get it at all. They will not answer your emails.

Absolutely terrible! Stay away from this company, they will only give you headaches. I ordered a pair of boots, was told they were out of stock 2 weeks later then a week after they were supposed to be back in stock I had to call to see where they were and they told me they canceled my order, but I could place another order and it would be 2-4 weeks till they were back in stock again... outrageous! Worst company I've ever dealt with.

I placed the order on 09/12/12 and did not hear from the company until I inquired about my order on 09/19/12. At that time, they indicated that it was backorder for at least a month. By the way, I contacted the manufacturer directly and they indicated that the item was backordered until NOVEMBER! Needless to say, I canceled my order - don't do business with this company!

I ordered my boots on a Wednesday and I did not get a response from them that the boots I had ordered were temporarily out of stock until the following Monday. I asked the customer service rep why it had taken so long to notify me that they were out of stock when I called back on Tuesday and she said that they had tried to contact me on Monday (uh duh) again my question was why did it take so long to notify me and she just said that's the normal time frame. So how is that the normail time frame when they are supposed to be delivered in 3-5 business days? She told me that they were in stock and that it would take an additional 4-6 days for them to ship! Seriously this is crap. I posted on their facebook page and my comment was deleted without so much as a follow up. CRAPPY CRAPPY CRAPPY!

Order was charged the day it was made. No order confirmation. No response to when I will receive boots. I emailed to cancel & got a response to the first email. Was told the order was being processed it couldn't be canceled. 3 weeks out I learned the boots were discontinued. Emailed them asking why they charged my account and when were they going to tell me my order couldn't be fulfilled. Received voice mails the next day after I emailed questions. Finally emailed a refund and that they were discontinued. It took 25 days.

Ordered boots 3 weeks ago for a Christmas present for my niece, and have checked daily for tracking info. Called today to find out where the boots are and was told they were out of stock, but are now back in stock and will arrive after Christmas. I said they needed to express ship them to me(they still have 5 days to get here) and they refused. Called back, another person I spoke too, said "manager" was still busy and yes boots in stock, but no they would not ship them out sooner til after the holiday. I called back a 3rd time today and that person told me they are out of stock and I won't get them til February 2012. I asked why they had not told me in the past 3 weeks and why were they still in stock on the website and she didnt have an answer. Most horrible company every! Not days before Christmas and I have no cowboy boots for my niece and I wasted hours of my time dealing with this mess today. AHhh, stay far way from OnlineBootStore.com, staff is uneducated, website falsely advertising, and they are deceitful.

I think there is a breakdown in the communication between cust. Serv and the warehouse i ordered boots on friday night. Over the weekend found the reviews on boot biz started to get a little worried. Called first thing monday to make sure order processed and when to expect delivery i was told 12 days the warehouse has the order but no tracking number as of yet to expect tracking # in 48 hours or call back wed. Afternoon. Called cust serv weds. Was told no tracking # as of yet should be shipped by fri 7 days after i ordered. Got home thursday after work boots were delivered that day excellent shipping time received boots on 4th bus. Day from order. Cust serv. Still has no idea if they have been shipped there is definitely a problem with communication but worth dealing with this company good price, excellent shipping, poor communication. All in all i will buy from them again and would tell a friend

This company is HORRIBLE. I order boots on a Wednesday, called on Friday for a status update, as well as on Sunday, Monday, and again on Tuesday. They finally told me on Tuesday, 6 days later, that the boots were out of stock! Customer service rep said that they sent me an email... I recieved the email on Thursday... 8 days after placing my order!

I ordered a pair of Redwings from Bootbiz.com and I am 100% unsatisfied with the service.It took 23 days to receive my order! I placed a large order with a company based in China, 2 days after i placed my order with bootbiz, and i received the order all the way from China in only 8 days. Bootbiz sucks!

Theboots look like they had been cleanedup or reoiled and the laces were on both of the boots and the factory tags not on them looks like they were retuned before. Not real happy with my experiance. I did call and could tell how far 100%satisfaction garaunteed it wasnt going to be. [wont use them agian]

Ordered boots. They arrived on time, however they had been worn and were discolored. Asked them to send another pair. Even though they showed in stock on the site - was told by customer service they were out of stock. Asked for a UPS label to return them. Was told I had to pay for return shipping. If THEY decided the boots were worn and defective they would refund $10 for shipping. They also said I would have to pay a restocking fee if the box was damaged. Guess what - the box arrived damaged. Have disputed this claim with my credit card co. No communication from bootbiz. They could have stepped up and done the right thing - but they are bogus - selling used defective goods as new stock and then penalizing the innocent customer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY_ THEY SUCK!

Horrible experience! I ordered a pair of Justin style #J999 men's chukka on Dec. 26,2011 The Bootbiz.com site listed a #J999 and A # 999 very similar boot, but not the same; as it was obvious in the pictures. I was very careful to select the correct # because I really liked the one and not the other. After I placed my order I received a confirmation that they had received it via email within minutes. So far, so good. A week later, Monday, January 2nd, I hadn't received any confirmation as to whether the item was in stock or if it was going to ship or what. I called the customer service phone number during their normal business hours and got a recording that they were closed. I sent an email to *******@bootbiz.com, and did not get a reply. I called the next day, January 3rd and I got a recording that the mailbox was full. I called again an hour later and was put on hold for approximately five minutes. When the customer service rep. Finally picked up the line I inquired about an estimated shipping time for my order. She couldn't tell me. I asked if they were in stock. Again, she couldn't tell me. She put me on hold and checked and replied that they were in fact in stock but did not know when they would ship. I asked her to cancel the order but I was informed that I would not be guaranteed that it would be cancelled. After a couple of minutes of inquiring as to why I couldn't cancel the order I gave up and told her just to ship the boots because I really liked them and would wait. I received the boots on January 9th, 2012. That's almost two weeks later. That's kind of slow for a product that was in stock the whole time. When I opened the box, lo and behold, they were not the boot that I was so careful to order. I called the customer service line and explained the dilemma. I was told by the customer rep. That I in fact did receive the right product. After a few minutes of insisting that I did not get the right boots, the rep. Looked in the catalog and confirmed that there was indeed two very similar styles and with two similar product numbers. I was told that I could return them but they would notify me in 24-48 hours as to whether or not I would have to pay the return shipping for a mistake that was not mine. I received a call 48 hours later and was told that it was a style change by Justin boot and that Justin did not notify them, as a rule when there is a "minor change" in the style and it was, basically, not their fault. The style, in my opinion is obviously different. I told the rep. That both styles were listed on their website. (They have, since that order, updated their site and only list the one style). So, I have to return the boots at my expense, and wait an additional ten days beyond the 5-6 days to ship to get a credit on my account. The whole experience was a debacle to say the least. Never again will I order from Bootbiz.com! Buyer beware: It appears that they go by a few different names on the web. I got emails confirming my order from bootbiz, online boot store, JGear.

I bought a pair of boots from this website and they told me 6-12 business days for boots to arrive. Much to my surprise I had my Dan Post boots in 3 business days. I will highly recommend this site to everyone!

I read the reviews about onlinebootstore and since they were mixed I went ahead and ordered a pair of Dr Martens. I did not have the bad experience that some of the others did. My boots arrived on time and were comfortable and the quality was great. Maybe if I had a problem then it would have not been cleared up, I don't know, but for me my purchase was not problem.

I read different comments about this site but found nothing but good things about them. I ordered my shoes on Sunday and already received them on Thursday.
I wish all online companies were this quick and good to order from.
