Liars and charlatans. They will lie to you and change their story as soon as you argue with them. They will not unlock my phone despite telling me it both IS and IS NOT eligible to be unlocked. As well as telling me that they both HAVE and HAVE NOT unlocked the phone. I have called many times and they've told me both things every time. They tell me they'll call me back, they never do. The worst company and worst service imaginable. They should be sued into oblivion.
Customer service sucks here what they they gonna tell me I didn't have insurance and I been with them 7 yrs ALWAYS had insurance I cancel 2 lines and the changed my plan from 5 lines to 3 lines and when she changed my plan she canceled my insurance and they expect me to stay with them nope I'm gone
I ran out of gas in the parking lot why I was waiting for someone to come help her an her husband comes charging up yelling at me to move so I say ok he continues with loud yelling still telling me that I don't need to take up his parking lot so again I let him know that I'm moving on a flat but I'm moving then his wife comes out seeing him yell remind you for know reason begins yelling saying she's calling the cops and a tow truck so they can tow my vehicle for her and that's why she owns stuff that way she can have people like me leave if she says rivers edge shops
Do not switch to Boost Mobile their networks are not working correctly and they will do nothing to help you out with your bill or even give you a date where they may have this figured out I can only use my phone part time I have missed calls for applying for jobs not being able to return calls because I have no network and they have no date in which they are saying that it will be fixed and up and running and they won't even release the new phone that I bought that they had me by because my other one they said would not work after the end of the month so I can't even use the new phone that I bought because they are keeping a hold on it I will never go with Boost Mobile ever again they are the worst company I've ever had

$50 monthly plan and within 2 weeks was already getting notifications of my KB s running out and my phone started getting WAY SLOWER! So I went (still within 2 weeks of a $50 monthly plan)and got a $60 dollar monthly (no reimbursement for the other half $25/$50 plan)(also unlimited)plan and now again within 2 weeks ran out a couple days ago and phone really ain't working right (definitely won't be getting another month plan with them!)
A lil while ago they contacted me with survey and when I gave my rating ( 1-10) I gave a 5 cause was feeling nice but they misunderstood the 5 goes to the other half "the makers/manufacturers of the phone get the max between 1-5... and boost 0-0. They charge $60 for a plan you can get for $50!

My phone is hardly Working! Terrible! But now It says I used up all my Data and Hot Spot 2 weeks before my bill is do to be paid again! Yes, a rip-off.

Their policies suck their customer Representatives suck they lie and they have their best interest in mind not yours. I will never use them again. Boost Mobile is really terrible I have been with them for years I bought all types of people to them I face the worst hardship in the world My phone was turned off I lost my job they shut off and suspend my service I couldn't get incoming calls I couldn't make calls out I called and ask for help I even asked for credit something I know they do they turned on three people phones that I know of and when I face my hardship they left me out in the cold I would never ever in my life and use boost again I've also told each and every family member and friend that I associated boost with we are going to stop using them and never use them again you hurt my feelings very bad boost signing off very hurt this satisfied customer
I've been a customer of boost for over 5 years with no complaints but in the last two months everything has changed on my plan. I can't use my reboost cards anymore, I have to go in and pay or call boost to pay my bill costing $4 extra, after turning my phone back on it took a whole day for my data to kick in and when I went back to the store to ask what was wrong I was treated like an annoyance. I'm switching phone carriers next month to say the least. I'm very displeased with the company and their new policies.

I ordered a phone and expedited delivery which was 1-3 days. They then told me it would arrive when no one would be home for over a week, and refused to tell me whether the matter was cancelled or not - even though the phone had not yet been processed. If it arrived, I could send it back. Yay for me - except I wouldn't be there in the right time frame to do so. Plus, they kept me on a chat for an hour and 15 minutes without any resolutions. They couldn't activate a new number or port an existing number saying that they sent the wrong sim. Then they wouldn't cancel the port in request and my number is stuck with the old carrier in the port out request.

Not only do they not listen and very rude but when my phone had been suspended I paid my $50 bill and had to wait almost 2 days before they would cut it back on, when I would call to speak to a supervisor I was told no that they had no one in that department I could speak to, and to top it off they had my debit card and bank frozen. It finally took 2 days, 16 phone calls, and my husband calling and raising cane over it, before they had back on. I would not even give them a half star rating! No one should have to go through the mess I did just to get a phone cut back on, needless to say I have taken my business to Metro PCS. Through the whole experience I felt as if I was being scammed as they kept asking for additional payment when I had basically already paid them 2 times.
