I have been a loyal customer to Boost Mobile for the past 14 years. I use to love Boost Mobile but now I have to pay / "RESTART" my phone bill every 3 days! ( I pay $60 every 3 days!) just to get basic speed internet service. It's ridiculous and if you do sign up for Boost Mobile you will get one of the two notices

I posted stating that you have to repay / restart your phone bill just to receive basic service. It is a rip-off. How do I run out of data after 1 day? I don't watch movies on my phone or do anything that could possibly use up my whole months worth of data! DO NOT sign up for Boost Mobile!
Boost mobile is the absolute worse mobile phone service provider out there. Cell phone signal is very bad, and they do not offer an unlimited hotspot plan like others do. I have more dropped calls than connected calls, and text messages do not send well. Please do not throw your hard earned money away on this provider.
I've been a customer for 5 years I went in I'm eligible for a free upgrade the store rank of marijuana the guy that was helping us was okay the woman that came and took over told us different prices different stories there was glitches in the computer her boss was out of town yada yada what should have cost us $260 cost us $381 I told her I did not want the insurance she charged me for insurance anyways after telling me that she didn't she changed my $35 plan to a $50 plan this is the same store that was selling TracFone numbers to people to get them to switch and get a free phone
This company is terrible and when you call to try and get help they are rude and unprofessional i asked for a supervisor to help me the guy started playing on the phone. They over charged me and can't tell me what it's for im recording my call with them now
50 & 60 dollar unlimited plans STILL LIMITED. Doesn't really give you unlimited nothing, hotspot still runs out and data is really slow.
Even the 35 dollar plan the Internet actually STOPS WORKING COMPLETELY!

So boost switched all its customers to a new service with no heads up. I can not login in on the boost website said I must sign in else where. Then it asked for a password I don't have nor ever created. Now when I'm trying to change my plan I can't because my phone has been off for not even 24hrs unless I know the password that I never created. Just a nightmare. I have a reboots card for $35 u would think boost would credit me the rest since there new service causing old customers a headache. So here I am 1hr plus dealing with customer service still with no service.
This is by far the worst pay-as-you-go cell service I have ever had. Terrible. Virgin Mobile was much better.

I have been with boost mobile for just about a year. I am shy 6 days. I have never signed a contract. But they are holding my phone hostage and refuse to unlock it until the year is up. I never signed anything giving permission to this. I am NOT IN A CONTRACT. I find this to be poor customer service. But also for 3 months I have had bad phone service which I don't have service most days and if I need it I have to go outside walk around to get it. Did they solve my issue? Nope. So I have a right to leave them. WARNING. CHECK YOUR RIGHTS BEFORE HOOKING YOUR PHONE UP WITH BOOST. YOUR OBLIGATED. EVEN THOUGHT YOU HAVE NO CONTRACT. BOOST MOBLE SUCKS.
They love to send notifications about your bill and things like that in a language that you don't even have set up to your account. And then when you call in about this ordeal they don't even bother to try and fix their mistake. If the owner of boost Mobile does not want to lose my money come I suggest he or she fixes this immediately! I am a very unsatisfied customer of boost Mobile so far. I strongly recommend that you stay away from Boost Mobile. They will NEVER fix their own mistakes.
Ordered service and a phone over a month ago. Received the phone and have now talked to over 20 different people about the fact that it does not work. Every one of them has promised they fixed the problem and my service will work within 48 hours. You can not get service in store if you order online unless you want to pay twice as much. At this point, I have a $1,000 iphone paper weight and am still paying my verizon service on my old phone. This company is awful.

They have the worst customer service ever! They hanging up on you if you want to port out your cell phone number from them. I pre-pay for three months and never used the services. Now they won't give me my $$ back. I had to call my credit card company to despite the charge.
Also, their towers are having trouble a big time. As I check the downtown speed it was 0.61mbps, the upload was 0.01!
Most of the time the signal strength was over (LTE) -120, which did not even provide a cellular signal.
I had been receiving texts and calls from boost telling me that I needed to upgrade my phone. So when I did so, not one time during all the calling and texting did they let me know that I would lose some of the features that I used to have. 1 of the biggest issues since the merger is no service, I mean not even in my house and I've never had issues before with boost. Then to find out that I cant use the Wi-Fi calling feature, when I need it most bc boost have moved to an expanded data network which is part of T-Mobile's network also. And I just paid my bill and haven't even had the device 6 months and all they want to offer me is a 10.00 credit. No I want the service to work completely or give me a full refund for device and my bill that I just paid so that I can switch companies. And what's crazy is T-Mobile offers Wi-Fi calling I could see if the company didn't even offer the feature but they do.
UPDATE: Sep 18,2022: After weeks waiting for a refund, they refuse it because "it is out of our 14 day window", even though they spent about a month trying to get my phone number ported in with NO SUCCESS. If you want to throw away money on a cell phone company, this is the one.
August 6th... trying to port-in my line from US Mobile. Within a day I cannot receive calls, receive texts or end texts, just can only make calls and use data. Contacted Boost more times I have fingers on both hands and assures me they will fix it. I even spend 1 hour on the telephone-different phone line, with a 3-way call; me, US Mobile and Boost and no solution. Well, I gave up last night and contacted US Mobile and reinstated my phone line with them-they had it back up and running in minutes. I contacted Boost mobile last night to get me a new number, since that one is now back to US Mobile. Boost Mobile "assure that we will have it changed in 5 minutes". Well, that was the same story from 3 different people last night and another person this morning. I think it probably takes about 100x or more with customer service at Boost Mobile before anything correctly happens. WORST MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If you have friends, NEVER refer them to Boost, you will lose your friendship later.

I've been a customer of Boost mobile for over 10 years. Generally they're kind even if you can't understand them. I asked for a supervisor and it took forever to get one. Finally when I did get a supervisor she was so RUDE and to top it off she could barely speak English. I'm looking for another provider as I write this review and suggest that Boost mobile bring there customer service back to the United States where people can speak English with clarity.
I have been a customer of boost Mobile when it was Ntelos. I have always had really good customer service. I want to recognize a employee of boost Mobile at 969 Dunbar Village Plaza in Dunbar West Virginia. The employee's name is Joshua Davis. Boost has a program where you can get a discounted rate on your phone bill. I had went and spoke to another employee who had supposedly signed me up for that but did not do it correctly. When I went back to see what had happened Joshua Davis helped me and he was awesome. He stayed on top of the problem until it was solved he made several different phone calls to different places to get me help after about an hour he finally got everything corrected. I had to go back once again because I myself had pushed a wrong button on my phone and it was not working so when I went back Joshua was there once again he stayed right on top of it and fixed it. He is truly awesome he is now my main boost Customer Service go to person
I went to the boost mobile store at 5975 s Cooper st and had the most amazing experience with Bernice. The Transaction was the BEST service from phone knowledge to the last detail for a phone case. She was in no better word to describe my experience as AMAZING... I would recommend that if you need a phone go to this boost.
