Call BoostOne care services 611 to make a payment and can't get through because they are having internal system problems... Tried to make the payment online and again the same problem... BoostOne claims your service will not be interrupted due to their system problems and they are working hard to fix it... I have been with boost mobile over 10 years and this the first time I ever got this piss off and this frustrated. I don't know what is going on with this new system mess they doing but, it's going to cause them to loss a lot of customers and I'm and one. I have met all the criteria to have my phone unlocked and go to another Carrier. They will not unlock my phone. My bill is paid, I have had them over 12 Months and bought my phone. You can not understand the customer service people and the just keep telling me that my phone is unlocked. 6 calls later and being with out phone service for a week I am having to buy another phone. Their policy says that after 2 business days your phone can be unlocked. This has been such a terrible experience and I have read other reviews of the same thing happening to other people. I have been a loyal customer for about fifteen years with Boost Mobile.Im seventy three years old and disabled.Currently homeless.Last week I received a threatening message from Boost Mobile saying I have violated some term and conditions.I was startled and astonished!I'm went to my local Boost Mobile store and asked what this horrible message was.The salesperson told me don't worry.I trued using my phone and the next thing three hours later.My account was suspended!Ny phone is my lifeline and Boost Mobile is endangering my life and health.Im still waiting for a decision from Dish Network!I have never been treated so cruel and inhumane.I never missed a payment or was late in fifteen years!This is what they falsely accuse me of and punish me for!I'm supposed to have unlimited talk and text and ten GB of data.I actually used my phone less this month.I already paid this month!Boost Mobile needs to realize they are dealing with human beings not objects and algorithms! They have endangered my life and my health by this totally unnecessary suspension!
Boost Mobile suspended my account without warning on Tuesday, I spent the better part of the day trying to figure out who to talk to and trying to understand what they were saying, they tell me to email someone else, basically saying they can't help me in any way shape or form, and when I finally get an explanation of excessive data usage on Sunday evening! Excessive data usage on a plan I pay for! How does that make sense? I do not recommend this piss poor service to anyone at all!
I had boost mobile for years. All of a sudden my phone doesn't work or let me make calls or texts. They say download boost one app. Doesnt let you make an account unless you call them for an hour. Once you get boost one, they won't even let you pay your bill 1 day late. No one can call or text like the old boost used to do. Boost one sucks and they should not have switched.

Before the 1st rep, I was on hold for 30 minutes. The 1st rep got my information, then transferred me, which put me on hold for 15 minutes. The 2nd rep answered gave me a little information and transferred me again. I was placed on hold again and no one picked up my call. Over a hour of waiting and nothing was accomplished.

Unethical, bad business, scamish, it should be unlawful for a company to keep your money when they know for a fact you cannot use their service, be extremely careful if you choose boost and make sure your phone can use boost before conducting business with them, not to mention they will slow your speeds within the first day of a new payment.which I actually looked passed that red flag, just to be downright honest...boost mobile as a company are slimy.piece of shiddd, and just downright despicable. Terrible Company.The service is horrific.Calls and text only work about half the time.They lock you out of your own voicemail.Customer service hangs up on you.They can't fix problems.No way possible they can stay in business much longer.

First off the new app is non functional, it constantly buffers, when you finally get to log in it's in your face with trying to get you to earn coins and receive money off your bill.
Half the time you don't get the coins!

Their unlimited data is a joke, you run out and required to buy more at 5-10 $ a pop. They discontinued the option to restart your plan if choose, so now you will definitely pay more!
