When the switch to 5 G was forced upon us I got my new phone and expected better service. I did not get better service, I got worse service. Not only did I get worse service, they charged me five dollars a month more for worse service. Now that I want to change companies, they will not give me my account number so I can keep my phone number. I cannot get my account number on line. I cannot get my account number at a store. They will not give me my account number on the phone. These people are horrible. I will change companies anyway, even if I have to get a new phone number.
I have had boost mobile for 7 years and was extremely satisfied with their service UNTIL NOW. Their customer service has been down for 3 weeks first of all who does that? It came time to add money so I bought a re boost card as I have for the past 7 years. Well how bout customer service is down automated line also down. I could go to boost online except I forgot my pin so I couldn't add money that way. Bottom line I have been without phone service for 7 days and they have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO HELP ME.
I use to LOVE boost mobile! They switched to something called boost one and anytime you call customer service it says they're working on restoring customer service! It's been days! My phone hasn't working in 5 days and I can't get anyone on the phone to help! I tried to login to my account and it says it doesn't recognize my password… okay fine I'll just reset it, right? Nope! It says it's going to send me a 6 digit code to my phone and it never sends it! So basically I'm stuck! Boost mobile use to be a great company but whatever they're doing is a huge mistake!

I am trying to warn people if they really want to know what's going on. Boost was hacked with Ransomware on February 23rd with Dish Cellular. It is not an internal system issue they are working on. There are posts reported online about the hack. Boost vaguely describes it on the top of their page. I was a customer 18 years. Tried leaving and had the issue of unable to get an account number to keep my number. Then told I would not have to pay service while issue persisted. Then my account was shut off leaving me high and dry. I switched to T Mobile that night forfeiting my number. However they explained that if Boost finally releases my account number they can reinstate my phone number. Food for thought. Good luck folks. My advice is just leave now before it gets worse

I can't activate, can't log in, can't be helped via telephone, and now there is only a message when I call that says sorry can't help you go to the website. But I can't do anything when I'm in get there. I in can't even cancel. Have had the sims for a month. And they had the nerve to try to charge me yesterday for another month. I think their big push with the sales is just to get as much money as they can before they close. Which basically means trying to steal as much money as they can before they shut down. That ought to equate to jail time if so. Theives and liars at worst and incompetent at best. Run away!

I have never received such horrible customer service. Their website and app were not working, and they would not allow payment over the phone for me to keep my daughter's service activated. No supervisor to talk to after waiting 30 minutes on hold multiple times. Disrespectful phone agents who would not listen and showed no compassion for the fact that my teen daughter was traveling in bad weather with deactivated service. I would not recommend Boost to anyone.
This company have no help whatsoever after 10 days the system is still down my phone is still disconnected I pay online and I'm paying for a phone still disconnected I went to the store nobody can help me even wen I already paid for a service that I'm not getting what the lady told me in the store was to dispute in my bank my boots online payment and pay in the store that it cost me four more dollar. And then she will help me what I don't understand is why I have to do all this when you clearly can see the payment that I did it's not fair that the customer are getting punished. Boost Mobile doesn't warranty what they sale. I have a 2 month old Motorola. It stays hot and will burn you. They gave me the number to motorola service that wanted me to send the phone back first. I'm so glad I don't have a contract with Boost Mobile. I've been a customer for 10 years. Good bye boost mobile.
I'm not sure what's wrong with boost Mobile system but my service has been out for weeks and I have not spoke with a representative can't login the saying my number or email don't exist They're saying that my number is not an active number It will reset my password I have been out of my phone for weeks. I am disabled and caught a uber to 2 different boost stores to pay my bill, both were unable to pull up my account & promised to credit my account as they could see i was disabled, boost is having difficulties and care nothing about its existing customers and now my bill is due, I bet they have the tools to disconnect my account, but couldnt pull my account for me to pay it, what a waste of 2 trips to pay my bill while paying uber SMH currently looking for a new phone company, at least offer a extension during your technical difficulties BOOST MOBILE SUCKS!
Bought a prepaid sim at Walmart. The instructions say to put the sim in, supply some details and off you go... Utter rubbish!

Absolute horrible company, in every conceivable way! Their service is horrid, and I've never had stable internet. Most of the time, my internet is completely down, but when it does work, basic Pages such as Google or Facebook take as much as a half an hour or more to load up. Their customer service is rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Even the manager of my local Boost Mobile store has told me on numerous occasions about some of the nightmares she is dealt with with this company! As if that isn't bad enough, they do not stand behind their policies or their insurance plans, and the phones they use are complete garbage. Trust me, you're better off with two cans on a string than to go with Boost mobile!

So, on February 23,2023 Boost Mobile's Customer Service Telephony crashed. Customers were not notified of this problem. The way customers did find out was when they tried to access 611, or the Boost Customer Service numbers. Boost gave a typical bland Corporate apology and rhetoric. This did nothing to settle this author's concerns. I chose to cut my loses and go elsewhere. However, I am unable to keep my number because Boost Mobile can not access it's customer's accounts. Which brings this author to the security concerns. If, Boost Mobile is having this much difficulty with this platform, then what about the personal and/or sensitive information.
