I couldn't be happier with my purchase my shoes and pants are absolutely amazing.

I bought my granddaughter the extra large catcher's bag with wheels and telescopic handle. It lasted about four months before the handle broke. I would expect a lot more out of a $200 bag.

They have good sales people who will tell you that you will get it by the time you need it but unless you give yourself 6-8 weeks you won't get it in time. For $2000 for bags you would think they would care a little bit they don't & they keep saying you need to give it time.

Good quality products and they stand by their products. Had a problem with a zipper and the replaced in a day. Very good customer service!

I purchased a bat bag and did not use it but one season before it tore around the zipper. Was told by customer service is was normal wear and tear. Very disappointed in customer service for not making this right. The cost of the bag does not reflect its quality.

Had a problem with a pair of cleats I ordered for my son. Contacted them via telephone. The customer service rep was so nice! She had me email her pictures of the cleats. Within a couple of hours they approved the cleats to be replaced. To top it all off, I didn't have to send back the defective cleats! Saved me the trouble of having to pack them up PLUS going to the post office AND having to pay to ship them back! This was the second pair of cleats I have ordered from Boombah. I didn't have a problem with the first pair. My son just out grew them so I ordered the same style just a different size. I will be ordering a third pair of Boombahs when he out grows these! (I've had no problems with the replacements.)

Ordered custom uniforms in January. Didn't use but for approx. 6 tournaments which translates into wearing 6 times. The zipper stop fell off the zipper and since it is past 90 days and since they feel that it is not a defect no help. No standing behind their product.

THE WORST COMPANY IN REFUND/RETURN POLICIES. FIRST AND LAST PURCHASE. PAY 19.33 AND CREDIT WAS 4.75 (THEIR SHOES RUN MORE SMALL) I JUST WANTED OTHER SIZE, NO MONEY BACK. AMAZON THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Boombah is extremely inflexible and difficult to work with. I contacted them literally 5 minutes after placing an order to let them know that I realized I ordered the wrong bags. I ordered over $1,000 worth of merchandise, and have spend thousands with them over the last year. They care nothing about keeping a customer or providing decent service. They had ample time to stop my order before it shipped, but instead, they allowed it to ship and want me to pay to ship it back to them for a refund. They don't even have a toll free number to call for customer service. What kind of operation are they running? I will NEVER make the mistake of giving my money to such a shady company again. Buyers beware!

Surprised the last lady said that she had a good experience. She must have opened her package immediately, tried on the shoes, and returned them immediately. Go to their site and read their return policy. The time frame of returns is terrible. You can never purchase items from this site as a gift. If they don't work you are at a loss for returns. I will never buy from Boombah online for my husband again.
