Received Books in Prior to Listed Delivery Date

This was my first time purchasing from a used book company. I had the first book of an eleven book series by Rebecca Ann Collins. I was happy to obtain several books from BooksRun to complete the series. The books were delivered about a week ahead of the listed delivery date. I was amazed by this as I was ordering during the Holiday Gift Rush period of December. I will purchase books through BooksRun in the future.

Terrible, received an email that my check had been sent and would arrive by January 6. I gave it a few extra days due to the holidays. It's January 15, still no check. Reached out to customer service and have not heard back anything, it's been 8 days.

Is this a scam?

I sent in my book after having several site options. I was told like 6 weeks ago that the book was being evaluated to see if it was a fake copy and that I won't be paid until they figure it out. Very odd, this is just a psychotherapy book I got off eBay during grad school. I tried following up twice about what is happening and I have yet to have a reply. So, I have no book, and they never paid me for it. Very upsetting.

I sold books to you guys back in December 3rd of 2024 and still have not been paid! I contacted Booksrun twice through the app and once through email and still no answer. I feel robbed of my books and still till this day o haven't received a response. So disappointed with their customer service!
