“Flight flexi ticket is a literal scam!”

Avoid buying any flight *******@bookingcom at all costs. Especially their flexi ticket which they don't support and is a literal scam! We tried to get a flight change for 5 days, eight calls, the flight times came and went, while they promised to call back in 3 hrs every time. Never a call came! Left stranded overseas, our only option was to buy a completely new ticket direct from an airline company. To top it off, their online complaints form is broken on both chrome and edge.

Cómodo apartamento situado cerca de la Calle Santa Catarina en Oporto y no muy lejos del centro.
Maria, la señora que atiende la recepción, es muy amable, cálida y dispuesta a ayudar con todo lo que los huéspedes necesitan.

Burj Rafal - December 2021

All I can say is that the entire team made my stay very pleasant. Ali and Khalil were great as well as the entire front desk and concierge staff! Everyone was both professional and courteous. It is a very clean and convenient location... the views were great too. All told, I highly recommend it!

They didn't have to return my non-refundable purchases because I booked on the wrong date, but they did. I appreciate them for taking on the hotel company and issuing me the refund. Although it took a couple of weeks, they came through for me, and I will be using them again for my future booking needs!

Due to COVID I had to cancel bookings that were "non refundable". Booking.com worked with me for months until I received my refunds. I have had great experiences with booking through them for excellent prices but this experience was really outstanding. Wonderful empathetic customer service folks and virtually no wait time on the phone. They care!

I used booking.com to book a hotel for a family trip. Although I had issues with the hotel, booking.com makes it right. Every customer service representative I communicated with was professional and courteous. The customer service chat is a little difficult to deal with, but calling them is the best way. Always keep your booking number and pin because you need that to speak with them. Definitely read reviews for the hotel you plan to stay at on their website before booking. I would definitely use them again!

I have used Booking.com for many years. I always read reviews from other guests before actually booking and always book a room that I can cancel should I need to. At Genius level 2 I get great prices. I have never had bad service or stayed at a hotel that was awful or even bad. I guess I am just lucky to make the 'right' choices…

Just returned home from a couple of days stay in Bridlington at Albion Cottages
This place is Amazing close to all amenities quiet clean tidy you have everything in your cottage that you need and more my wife and I absolutely love it here we wouldn't stay anywhere else parking is great outside your room and Louise the owner is awesome really lovely can't do enough for you hopefully be back soon Thank You Louise x Tony &Louise x

Absolutely disgusting unprofessional…
Absolutely disgusting unprofessional company, leaving two people one being disabled without somewhere to stay. Property was dirty, sewage gushing out, door to building had been vandalised would not lock or close, large industrial bins outside with rats running over them and three flights of stairs I could not get my partner up. Customer care told me I should ask people passing by to help carry my partner up the stairs how degrading, explained we could not afford another accommodation and had travelled 6 hrs they said there was nothing they could do, none of us could get hold of the homemaker after trying around 40 times and customer care were useless absolutely devastated and distressed by the whole experience and situation we had to drive home and had no holiday or celebration of my partners birthday very upsetting, they made no reasonable adjustments for disabled person and did not care so not use ever.

Don’t use them & definitely not if your disabled

Never had problems with booking, booked about 20 times, currently having Genius second level and prices often lower than book directly with hotel (especially with 10% return on my credit card). When borders were unexpectedly closed in Russia, I had a hotel on Maldives booked in 2 days! The hotel didn't want to return the money or move the dates, they just told us that from their end borders are open (though flights from Russia are cancelled). I called booking support and they helped to persuade the hotel to move the dates without additional fee. So I consider service as good enough.

Had to contact customer service multiple times... 3 times I spent on hold for over 30 minutes only to have someone answer and the call disconnect, and I then had to send the photos of the maggots in the coffee pot and human fingernails in our room twice. The hotel would not respond and would not refund our money and Booking.com offered $16 for our distress. DISTRESS?! Our stay was ruined and we received ZERO service from either place!

Tip for consumers:
They will not honor if a hotel refuses to refund you

Their business model was fraud, and companies like AVIS and BUDGET who accociate with them. My flight was delayed and instead of letting us get our PREPAID 30 DAY rental for only 29 days they cancelled the booking, without telling us, and pocketed the cash.

Luca was an amazing host! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there. The house was absolutely perfect. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, a kitchen and best price out there. We even washed our clothes in the washer and dryer!
There is a market and delicious restaurants in just a short walking distant. And right out back of the house are stairs leading all the way down to town where you can spend as long as you want in town shopping, eating, sipping wine or even boat ride right over to Capri if you want. Beautiful views from the porch out back with a lovely swing, couch, table and chairs shaded to drink your coffee in the morning. Quiet, beautiful gardens, vegetables growing right in yard. And any questions that arose, Luca responded within moments. He and his father carried our luggage, set up rides for us, showed us bus schedule. It was perfect. Thanks Luca!

Sayura House is an amazing place to stay, it just feels like home away from home.
Everybody is super friendly and helpful. The food is superb, the room is very clean and bright, with a veranda to the beautiful tropical gardens.
The location is perfect, 100m walk to the beach, but in a quiet area.
I cannot praise all the staff enough. I certainly got the royal treatment.
And I loved every moment of it.
Thank you to everybody! I will be back!

I stayed at the Radisson blue in London and experienced such excellent and exceptional service from Elvis at the front desk. Though my flight came in early and the check in was at 3pm, Elvis was understanding, friendly and compassionate. He ensued a room was available right away. He also inquired about anything else I needed. Each time I passed through the reception area, he always made eye contact and waved no matter how busy he was. He was very helpful with exceptional knowledge of the area and sites that may be of interest to me. I am beyond grateful for the extra human touch provided by this agent. When you visit this hotel, make sure you ask for Elvis. He will certainly add a great spice to your time!

I can't say enough great things about this app. Clear and concise information, great customer service, and very understanding of unique circumstances. In my opinion, everybody should be using booking.com to book their hotel reservations.

Great hotel. Food was also very good. No rushing for a sun lounger here there are plenty and never had to reserve a bed even when getting to the ' many ' pools after 11 am. Would recommend staying if you want to just chill but very little outside of the hotel. If you want more life in the evening then Etsy nearer Agadir. Thanks to Othman's, Aziz, and Hicham

I stayed there 2 nights First night there were cockroaches and ants running all over the bench as well as over kettle toaster and utensils Reported it but didn't agree until I showed them photos and footage Next day sprayed room but next night still were there as well as the bathroom Asked for refund still chasing that up and 2 days later no refund Would never stay there again

I didn't realize booking.com apparently picks up other companies offering rental property and to resolve any issues the don't talk to the property owners but the company that represents the property owner. If they can't contact the company that represents the property owner. Your screwed. Booking.com is a scam for resolving any issues. I would never use them again and I will tell everyone I know

Perfectly situated on a unique cliff location for ocean views and after a sumptuous breakfast accompanied by bird song on the balcony, hiking access down to a stunning private beach and surrounding natural cliff paths. Stayed five nights. Within walking distance to Foz, Canico tucked into one of the sea caves for offers gastronomic delights from the sea for lunch, or numerous short drive or taxi delightful options in town of Alvor for dinner. Foz club fresh linens daily, clean, walk in rainfall shower, tennis if desired, roof top pool, secured entry gates, and most of all the perfect delightful host owner! Will return to this sanctuary!
