Book my travel and their partner are big cheat. Part of my trip was canceled due to covid. They bumped up the price for non cancelled trip and not returning the money. Its 2 months talking to them. Do not book trip with book my travel. If they have your money, they will not return.
My reservation was canceled because of Covid last fall and a postponed wedding. I am now trying to use my voucher that was issued and not only can I not book directly online they are now saying I need to book the same reservation from the same cities. I no longer live in that city and the voucher was told that I could book it for any trip using the funds for that new trip. I can't get any straight answers and it is incredibly frustrating. Pay the extra money if need be and use SOMEONE else next time you book tickets!
There was a lot of misunderstanding and confusion regarding my ticket charge. However apart from one person rest all of the associates were very helpful and courteous including Alden, Jackson, Sebastian and Asher.
Only negative thing is they said they will call back and no one did. It was I who had to make contacts with the desk.

I had a very good experience with Bookairfare. The customer service is really good. The customer service representative Herman really did a great job by explaining everything and helped me a lot in chosing the best deal. They really care about their customers.

I had to cancel my flight due to an unexpected event. Cancellation was $50 with credit back. I paid $487.60 for my flight. I just booked a future flight with my credit and they charged me additional $239! The flight on all website is $492. They said i have to pay a flight difference of $104, $125 for rebooking/cancellation fee, $10 agency fee. Totaling in $776.60 for the flight. They are telling me the lowest price is 492 but i have to pay more cause of different class(?) Still economy seat but they said each 10 seats get more and more expensive, but if i booked directly through alaska or different airline, it would be $492. They basically charged me $596 for this flight... scammers... never book with them. Any other airline, they will charge you fee and give you credit to rebook, not charge you up the $#*! when rebooking.
I booked a flight through this agency and by mistake the date was wrong and I called to change it within 2 hours and they refused to change it unless I pay $75 plus extra xharges for the ticket, while Alaska airlines said you can get full refund within 24 hrs but you have to get it through Alaska, its total BS!

Theeeee worst ever! I bought tickets from Washington to Denmark yesterday morning... they e-mailed me a confirmation for all of the flights. I contacted the airline directly to select seats but on one of the flights, my wife and I could not sit together but grabbed them anyway and maybe try later to change seats.
I contacted the airline a few hours later and noticed the flights were not listed. The airline told me that no E-tickets were not issued for some reason and to contact BookAirfare. BookAirfare told me that my credit card did not go through and they sent me an e-mail. NO E-MAIL WAS SENT and my credit card has no problems. I checked the junk mail and spam folders... nothing from BookAirfare. They did tell me that seats ($750 x 2) were still available BUT the price was now $200 more for each ticket. WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS THEY ARE! AVOID! I would rather walk than fly with BookAirfare.
I booked a fare to Nairobi on Lufthansa and made payment and received email confirmation that all was in order. I then had to call closer to departure as no e tickets had been sent. They said after much holding and being passed around that the airline had taken my seat back and I had no seat. They then tried to push me on a significantly more expensive fare £200 pounds more and not honour the price I had orginally paid. As a last resort the airline's website offered me a cheaper fare than what they were offering me. Agnes and Aldo agreed after some time that they will refund me the additional cost that I had to incur from the fare I originally booked and the fare I then had been forced to book - I AM STILL CHASING THEM TO PROCESS THE REFUND AND RETURN MY CALLS!

They hide everything and wouldn't even give me my airline confirmation number to change my seat selection. Service was terrible.

If I could give 1 star I would. This is BY FAR the worst service I have ever used. Customer Service is the worst I've ever dealt with. Agents are rude and argue with you. They promise call backs and you never get them. They will lie to you and add on additional charges that are way beyond acceptable. Pay the extra money and book from the airline or at least use a different provider.

If I can give you one line of advice: DON'T DO IT
After taking my money, canceling my return flight without notice, ignoring my phone calls, and then charging me twice equaling over $2,000!
I was able to travel on my trip after I pled my case directly to the Airline manager that I was taken advantage of a company that is using their brand name to take peoples money.
I would not leave a review like this if I was not certain of how bad of a company this is. Don't put yourself through the headache, time, and MONEY.
