This is my first experience with Bookadda. I must appreciate them for going out of their way to deliver good service. For some reasons I had to cancel my order which I had placed with them. I called the customer care team to inform about this. Well my book was already shipped, but they dint mindcancelling my order. The care team is simply superb, no additional questions and no cribbing. They cancelled my order and returned the payment as well without any deductions. Simply Superb! I really appreciate this. Shop with bookadda for books… they are the best!

I ordered a book on Bookadda.com after some price comparisons on Junglee. Order ID was *******59342. Immediately I received a mail mentioning the dispatch date. As I didn't receive the item even after 5 days of the promised date, I got in touch with the customer support. They sheepishly replied stating that item has gone out of stock and that they are cancelling my order. I was really upset, as that was my first bad experience while buying books online. I tried to make a few correspondence with them regarding the same to convey my disappointment. After a few mail conversations, they shamelessly mailed me stating that if I don't stop mail correspondence with them, I will be blacklisted. I really find it amusing to know that retailers with this attitude are also doing business in India.
