FedEx is my preferred shipping provider for both personal and business needs. I appreciate the reliability and efficiency of their delivery services, as well as the flexibility of shipping options available. Whether I'm sending a package across town or internationally, I trust FedEx to deliver it safely and on time. The tracking feature also provides peace of mind, allowing me to monitor the progress of my shipments every step of the way. While shipping costs can sometimes be higher compared to other carriers, the quality of service makes it worth the investment.
These drivers absolutely Don't care about people's packages. The last two in case. They delivered a mini fridge that we found LAYING on the ground outside in the yard! We reported this unacceptable condition and were reimbursed by the retailer when we checked the inside condition and found it also be DENTED! The last one today was left out in rain right Outside of my screened in porch! I give the stores a comment each time to let them know this company has an abysmal delivery!

One of my earliest childhood memories is fedex delivering Christmas presents late. I have never chosen to use this company since then. Unfortunately I ordered a product and they sent it via FedEx. And of course it's late 4 days late with no updates to tracking. I file a case and receive an email asking me to describe the package, that I have not received therefore not seen. I would say this is proof that the world is getting worse, but fedex has always been as bad as they could be without being criminal.

Paid $300 to have a critical parcel expedited to myself overnight as I was travelling. Three days later, still no parcel. I am now on my return home so had to redirect parcel back to sender. Absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER use FedEx again and will also cancel my business account. Do not trust FedEx unless you have no need for it to arrive on time. What a joke. Now it's fingers crossed that FedEx doesn't lose my parcel on its journey back to original shipping point.
Update: So FedEx fails to implement my return to sender request stating that no changes can be made once shipping process has started. Wait what?! You charge me an obscene amount of money for overnight delivery, fine... cost of fuel blah blah blah... get it. But YOU fail to deliver on time, I am no longer at delivery address FOUR DAYS later since I had travelled to a funeral for the weekend and now you say too bad for me, need to pay new shipping charges to resend. Might as well fly back and get the suitcase myself! NEVER AGAIN will I use FedEx. Never.

My fed ex driver Adam in north Nashville has gone above and beyond to make sure I get my packages. My house is blocked off by construction workers and he sends a call to meet at the bottom of the driveway so I can receive my packages. Other delivery drivers from other companies did not even attempt to deliver and sent my packages back. Thank you Adam for being a great person.
I have plants near my front door and Friday 12/10/21 at around 4pm there was a delivery, where the person literally put the packages in front of the screen door where if I open it they will fall. They also broke my flower pot and stacked them together so nobody would notice. This is unacceptable and explains why people don't recommend using FedEx but I had no choice this time.
Ever since the covid virus hit the Fed ex-service has been terrible. Some packages sit in their facilities for up to a week before moving on to the next site. Their tracking actually shows some items bouncing back and forth between sites in the same city. At least half say they have a problem with the shipping labels. I would never use them purposely, but I have no control of items bought on line. I feel sorry for those that got their Christmas packages late.
What a phone from spectrum was told I could change the signature required delivery. Try to do so to no avail. Over 8 hours on the phone with an automated system got a person three times within numerous phone calls. Was told I cannot change delivery only the sender can change. Spoke to spectrum again and they said this is not within their contract with them and FedEx has to change the delivery at my request. Can't get anyone to put a farm agent on the phone was told only sender can talk to them. Absolutely no customer support within this company.
I had a portable air conditioner delivered to my second floor apt. I set up Fed ex. Account on line giving my delivery preferences. They were not followed. Checked and got an email few minutes after delivered. Found it outside my small apt. Building. Never buzzed any apt. (only 8 apts. So anyone would let in) Didn't follow my preferences that I wasted my time filling out. Not impressed. Why do they ask for preferences of delivery if not used... I found out later that my delivery preference were added to late (my fault) to be followed but the delivery person was NOT supposed to leave it outside. My phone number was on the box so could have called me. Fed ex said they are not supposed to leave outside building.
Called FedEx 3 days In a row tracking for my items just stopped was told the semi truck from California was lost. At this point was pretty upset because I have live plants on that truck for my yard they now say they will be delivered today 3 days after they were supposed to but not here yet its now 3:30pm and I doubt they will show today.
If only I can give them a zero! Such thieves are milking my bank account without even providing any receipts or justification after I paid every fee on the planet to send "2 Epipens" for my 70 years old mother! Their branch in Egypt is acting with such impunity hiding under the phrase "Our branches worldwide act according to different regulations". They asked for several arbitrary amounts of money claiming it's for "communications" then "release from customs" then after I sent two different transactions from here, and even got confirmation from Egypt that a broker released it from customs and even gave it to Fedex and I was on a video call with that person! They are still claming I haven't sent anything although I sent them photo copies of the transaction and the bank account they asked me to send money to using WHATSAPP! Such a fraudulent thief company, I will 100% sue them and start taking legal action against them.

FedEx is absolutely the worst shipping company there is. They deserve a major negative review. Tracking showed the package was delivered, my wife went to grab it but couldn't find it in the driveway or the yard. So she decided she would check the neighbours. Then she found the package down by the street. What kind of dummies drop the package off right beside the road. Not even close to the house. Makes me wonder if they do this on purpose, drop it off and get one of their buddies to walk by and steal it? I don't know, seems suspicious that it was left by the road.

FedEx is the worst delivery company ever. They misdelivered my package, sent me an email stating it was delivered and if I had not received it, I should contact the shipper. If they followed up after my call, their picture clearly shows it's not my home. So just admit your mistake and stop asking me if I've received the package and for me to contact the shipper. They're a HORRIBLE COMPANY!
I paid $496 dollars to use FedEx services and my Television was cracked. Fedex approved claim but based on the mailing address error on FedEx they sent the check to the address the TV was shipped from Dum. Got the matter addressed and now they're claiming my claim was denied. FedEx destroyed my chances of starting my new life now my property I've had I now have to purchase over and I don't have financing. Never ever again. FedEx is the worst for taking advantage of customers. I've relocated to another state so receipts of having merchandise for 2 years is unavailable, your workers damaged my property

I like to buy online but unfortunately FedEx make the experience awful. I have to choose a place to go and pick up my package every time because they never deliver to my home. According to them they attempt many times and no one is at home? Even when I don't request any signature! And spent days waiting for them! Customer service are just polite but not helpful at all. They kept my package pending for weeks in their truck « it was a TV » when I picked it up from a store it was completely damaged, and actually I'm experiencing the same issue with another package. I wish that online stores will consider to send their shipment with reliable suppliers.
I received delivery updates stating that the delivery had been "delayed" twice, without further elaboration. Only upon figuring out how to speak to a customer service agent (which, in itself, took 20 minutes of digging around their website) was I informed that attendance at the property was mandatory for delivery. No effort was made to rectify the situation by organising for delivery to occur today, rather I was told the most they could do was attempt re-delivery tomorrow (which they would have done anyway) without providing me with a timeframe. The delivery is already significantly late and all the onus for fixing the situation has rested with me. Never use FedEx.

I get packages sent to me through FedEx all the time and at least 7 out of 10 of those will have at least one completely messed up being given to them then traveling short distance only to get an exception been waiting over a week now on one for status to update but nothing not sure if they lost it damaged it what they did but it's on them it was fine whenever they got it and now I still don't have it even though I paid for it and then the majority of the other ones will say a date for days on end and then because if I don't be here to get it it'll walk away in my neighborhood I waste my valuable time sitting at home all day like waiting for the package that they say will be here just for it to wait until 7:00 at night or later to update and say oh well you know we'll update it when we can and it doesn't show up they act like they're the only ones that have time that's valuable our time isn't worth anything to them they're incompetent they should close down their business because they suck at life it's ridiculous like I have nothing better to do or any of us have nothing better than do than to sit around all day waiting for what they say is going to be there just for to not be I'm trying to pay my money and then having my stuff longer than I do. Highly recommend that you used UPS or any other any other shipper before using FedEx unless you have no other choice or if you don't mind waiting you know forever for your stuff and wasting days and days of your life because they can't get it right.

Drivers should pay attention to where they go. My parcel (40 inches x 49 inches - 26 pounds - no handle) was delivered on the wrong street to the same civic number. No need to says that this big size box did not fit in my car. Had to pick it up myself with a dolly and roll it up to my place. Not the first time it happens. Would never use or recommend this companyé This was the shipper's choice.
I am currently waiting on my 3rd delivery date because fedex is an unorganized and unprofessional company. I asked the rep if they could call their sister location in W. Virginia since my package has been there for 2 days with no movement. I was told that they could not because they don't know where it is because they don't track smart phones😳, company policy🤔. I suggest that every company that contracts with fedex perform an audit of customer deliveries and experiences and I'm sure you'll find that many people have complained about late and/ or missing deliveries and received no helpful assistance from customer service. Consider contracting with a more responsible professional, and organized delivery service that still cares about customer service and packages arriving on time. It is VERY inconvenient to have to continuously change your schedule to wait for a delivery that is marked for delivery but may not come. At this point it is 50/50 chance whether or not you will get your package on time or at all dealing with fedex. No photos to show because I got no delivery as of yet.

Driver delivered 2 packages, maybe 30 lbs. In stead of coming up the stairs and leaving it at the door (where it is less prone to theft and out of the elements, they placed them at the bottom of the steps in plain view of the street and where they could be rained on. Called customer service. They advised me that the driver can leave the packages "anywhere on the property". How unprofessional can you be! No wonder they have a 1.4 rating.
Why every package or boxes for my instructions is not delivered to my door? Why have customers leave instructions on your website when the drivers don't look or they do look but don't care? I'm disabled, i had two boxes which are breakable inside, I had to try and hold one and kick the other one to my apartment. Leaving them in the mailroom give a person idea to steal. I'm sick and tired of keep calling about my deliveries and UPS always delivers to my door. This will never get resolved because I always get the same apology and it happens again. I guess FedEx likes the negative reviews.
I really don't understand how this company still functions, considering so many negative reviews. Wish I had bothered to check the reviews before agreeing to accept their shipping service. Says they delivered my package and that it was signed for. That was impossible because we were not home!
The driver pulled in and sat in the truck for a minute or so then he pull off without delivering my package. Tried calling customer service but not able to talk with anyone cause it's all animated and not possible to talk with a live person! If it was up to me I would have chose UPS, I hate it when I order something and the shipper decide to use fedex. I've had nothing but bad experiences with them, anything from damage boxes, damaged goods to drivers with crappy attitudes and now drivers that leave without delivering my package. I really hate this company!
I have a package that is supposed to come from California to NY.
I'm trying to wrap my head around why the people running FedEx would send my package on its way out of California then abruptly stop it almost halfway across the country in Wyoming and then turn the package back to a different part of California only to let it sit idle for 3 days so they can repeat the process all over again.
