Claim Your BusinessThey will not refund my money for a concert Cancelled due to Covid 19. Initially they promised a refund in 10 Days that never happened I called again they said 30 days, then when 30 days passed they told me there was "no time frame for refunds"... after 60 days I get an email saying "No refunds" will be issue. Their awful. Don't use this company for ticket purchases.
Purchased tickets in September to attend an 11-24-18 concert. Tickets are going to be electronic. The message states I'll receive my tickets by 11/20? Very VERY uncomfortable with a 2 month delay in receipt? This is $800 worth of entertainment for a special occasion. Tickets for 6 people. There is going to be a WHOLE LOT of angry and social media/tech savvy people PISSED if there is any problem with this order.
Is there a way to ask a question directly to Boldticket? Really tempted to cancel thru my credit card and find a safer route.
