If you accidentally or unwittingly click on any BODYin8 ad links on Youtube, Facebook etc., SAFARI MOBILE will automatically subscribe you to a one day FREE trial to BODYin8 and if you don't cancel after one day, you will automatically be billed £3 per week via your phone bill, until you spot it on you statement. Unlike credit card charges DIRECT CARRIER BILLING charges like this, via your phone service provider, are not easily refunded, in fact it's virtually impossible. DIRECT CARRIER BILLING, while not illegal at present, is HIGHLY UNETHICAL and is literally THEFT BY STEALTH, committed by BODYin8.co.uk and/or SAFARI MOBILE, each passes the blame to the other. BODYin8 is a division of WELL FITNESS LIMITED, registered in England/Wales 09994445. Directors Ian MICHAEL ALLEN and CALLUM RAYMOND MELLY. Registered address ONEGA HOUSE, 112 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NE. The Financial Ombudsman is currently in talks with government officials to outlaw DIRECT CARRIER BILLING, but in the meantime, you can request your phone service provider to BAR all billing of this kind.
