Is there not a number I can call? I ordered 14 gauge 5/8 loveable lion nipple shield set and

The card inside my order had the right things on it, but everything in it was wrong. To be honest, I don't even know what they are? I tried emailing the sales email but I never got a response. I didn't get what I ordered and wasn't able to get what I did order or a refund. Can someone reach out to me about this?

It was easy to navigate the page, but if there was one thing that could be improved upon, would be to have a column of eyebrow rings to search with. Since there isn't one, you have to go to the search bar and type in "eyebrow ring" to find those particular items. Even still, that is easy to do.

Figured out real fast that for my septum jewelry I need a 16g 3/8" not 5/16 but luckily my sister can wear the 5/16 so it don't go to waste. Love this site and plan on ordering more eventually!
