Don't bother ordering anything from this company, unless you just want to give away your money to theives. I ordered a month ago and paid extra for expedited processing. Not only have I not received my order, but when I contacted customer service they refused to return my money.
Tried to return my stone barbell septum ring but had so many issues with it and their customer service wasn't helpful at all with figuring out an exchange that I just decided to leave it alone and not return it as it wasn't worth the hassle. I will probably purchase from here again, but if anything comes broken or unusable, I'm not even going to bother with returning or exchanging anything.
