First order never arrived at my house. When I contacted support, they tried to make me re-pay for another order to be shipped. After exchanging a few emails, they took off the re-shipment charge. I never received the first order but I did receive the second order.

After receiving my order, I was disappointed to find half of what I bought missing. This problem too, was solved quickly and professionally. I expected a much more difficult and frustrating experience, but the support staff did an amazing job. I will be buying from here again!
