I ordered from body by raven Tracey. They canceled my order at first with no explanation and after emailing multiple times they basically said they screwed up with counting and decided to cancel my order! The pants run super small and are really thick not the best quality. I would definitely recommend saving my money and buy somewhere else for better customer service experience and so you don't end up getting screwed over with a canceled order! Also the orders have taken a few weeks to arrive. The only positive is after multiple emails and complaining they decided to refund me... stay away is all I can say.

I ordered a shirt for my God daughter for Christmas. It was sold out so I was put on the list for when it came back in stock to order. Once I got the email I am mediately ordered the shirt and received a shipping notice and tracking number. Only to learn that my order had been refunded because they oversold it. When I asked them about this they essentially said are bad we oversold the item and that they had tried to contact me, which was a lie! They offered me some thing else and I declined that. I received a shipping notice and a transit notice and I can see it sitting somewhere and they told me they refunded the order. When I confronted it further they told me as an adult I needed to manage things differently. I will never ever order anything from this website again and I advise all of you to do the same.

Was actually given by a friend bc she couldn't fit it or return. She is typically a M and ordered a M. It was too small so she gave it to me. I typically wear a S. The jacket was so tight, literally like an XS, I'm not exaggerating! I give one star because the top seemed well made and had nice material. The leggings were pretty much transparent, but I'll credit some of that to them being a light color, but I can see my whole a$$, undies, & crack. The fit of the bottom was better to me but I would not say they are a medium size. This was the basics set. It's very cute but lots of issues! I've wanted their sets for so long.
