We've got to start with Arnie. Hailed for the being the best bodybuilder of all time, if The Terminator trains by these words, then we probably should too. His words cement the belief that we work to improve, not the stay the same. Better get that progressive overload building.
I ordered 4 items in December 2022, I received three and one I have never received till today April 2023! I contacted them more than 4times all unsuccessful and no reply. By the way the product was the most expensive item on my order. Never received it or money back either. Its hard to communicate with them since they dont have a live support at all. Not sure what to do. I can never ever order for such a site
Garbage! Do not subscribe to the bodyFit application. At some point it will stop working and not allow you to log in. Showing error messages. Customer service offers nothing but automated email replies with no resolve. Use the 7-day free option and then cancel immediately!

Worst customer service ever
Item delivered (tub of protein powder) by Evri damaged (by dropping into my garden onto a path). Contacted BBW and relatively easy to return and get a replacement. But replacement was the same damaged item in a new box. Now can't get a reply from BBW through phone, email, Facebook messenger or Twitter. Been trying for 4 days now.

I paid for 12 months next day delivery. Delivery was through Evri, which says it all really. Where my problem started.

This company absolutely has the worst customer service on the planet. USPS says the package is lost but bodybuilding.com is not satisfied with that. They want to wait a full 3 weeks before addressing the situation... this is the second time this has happened and I still gave them another chance. The first time they billed and shipped items I did not purchase. Not anymore! Buyers beware.
Worst supplement company out there. It's literally impossible to reach anyone in customer service. The service number directs you to an online chat with a freaking robot so you have no clue what's going on. This place should be out of business.

They do not have any customer service. Just a chat bit and FAQ's. My membership perks recently stopped working so I have to pray the bot can help clear the shipping charge and now the workout app won't acknowledge my membership. There is nobody to talk to about this.
This company used to provide quality products and good customer service. Recently they have decided to rip off their customers and send them bad products and not send all of the products that are ordered. When you contact customer service you are ignored, your money is not refunded, your products are not replaced. After filing a complaint with a better Business bureau they do not respond to that either. Be very wary of your money. You can find their products in other places that will actually provide you with a much better service.

Items were delivered to the wrong address and the post office told me it was returned to sender due to undeliverable address. I showed bodybuilding.com and still no refund.

Waiting since Christmas 2022 for a single product. You cant get anyone on the phone and wont refund the purchase. And the Live Chat is useless. Find another sight to purchase from.
Pay for promised shipping, then add 3 weeks. Shop in store or at another venue. When I reached out to customer service, I got the impression that the order hadn't been processed... they blamed it on high volume/covid. Fine, just don't promise and charge for a delivery date. Last order for me.

I paid extra for a faster delivery (estimated time line was 1-4 days). It arrived 8 days later and for most of that time I had no idea where my items were. When I reached out to ask about this they told me it had only been a couple of days. For reference here, I ordered this on the 11th and I was asking about it on the 18th of May, so no holidays to delay the order. I asked for a refund and I got ghosted, but my items arrived the next day.
My advice for the next guy/girl: Order through Amazon, bodybuilding has gone down the sh1tter.

I bought a weight set here and it was missing parts on arrival. Bodybuilder refused to help and referred me to the manufacture. What a hassle. Don't sell a product you're not willing to support.

Placed a $130.00 order a week ago and was quickly sent an email stating one item was on back order. They asked me to reply to the email stating whether I wanted to wait or cancel. I replied cancel. Then nothing! Total silence. They still have my money and several email inquiries to them have been unanswered. The chat assistant was useless. At this point in time I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
UPDATE. Several weeks later the order arrived even though I tried to cancel it. Then to top it off I was sent the shipping bill….almost $60.00 CDN. They have never billed me before for shipping. I will not be ordering from them again. Again I cannot recommend this company.

I've had some products purchased form them and then canceled my subscription. After this, the company has been non-stop emailing me about a subcription that I have and is currently out of stock. For a whole year.
I've contacted them multiple times only for them to tell me what I already know - I have no account with them and I have no subscriotions with them. Still, for a whole year and currently, they continue to email me with "Your Subscribe & Gain Item is Out of Stock" offering other products.
Every single time, I contact their support. By now, they simply close my tickets without even replying and... yes, continue to email me that spam. I've requested for them to delete my data, which they seem to ignore too as they continue to email me again and again.
Thus the 1 star, for a completely horrible view of their clients or ex-clients (they seem to be confused as to whether I have an account) and mishandling of user data, unsolicited spam, and GDPR breaches. Sadly, they are US-based so they don't seem to care about user-data legislation present in Europe.

I have been ordering through bodybuilding.com for years now. Recently, the quantity of product in the pre-workout has decreased. It's not even half way full. When I emailed to complain he compared the reason why it's empty to bags of chips. I can pay the same price for more pre workout at GNC. I will no longer order from here.
I have tried to contact customer care for the past week and nothing! When you call the number, it has a automatic recording that doesn't allow you to move forward. All it does is automatically tell you to contact via the online help and then it hangs up. WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU ALL DOING! Sitting on your behinds and not doing anything! You can't even operate a stupid website the we all like to have operational 24hour/7days a week! FIX WHAT EVER YOUR BEHINDS NEEDS FIXING AND LET US CUSTOMERS TALK TO A LIVE AGENT INSTEAD OF A ROBOT! First of all / I would have preferred to click no stars in my review but it wasn't an option. I ordered a hundred dollars worth of supplements from Bodybuilding.com which were lost by the Post Office after having been transferred to them by FedEx. Bodybuilding.com said it was up to me to work it out with the Post Office / they would not refund my money or replace the product unless the Post Office returned it them. I spent two and a half very precious family time hours tonight trying to get my supplements and all I've gotten is a promise from the Post Office that they will try to redeliver the products and that it didn't look like it had been destroyed in the riots in Minneapolis which had destroyed our local Post Office... but she didn't know for sure. Bodybuilding.com is a complete failure when it comes to integrity and loyalty to their customers.
I joined bodybuilding.com quarterly online program. Two weeks before it was to expire I cancelled the program - or I thought I did. I found out later that you need to click thru three different screens to say are you sure you want to cancel? I thought I was cancelled after the first screen and filling out the questionnaire of why I was leaving. They billed me for next payment. I used their online chat the same day I received payment and they were unable to assist me stating these are our policies and this is what you signed up for. They could see by my account I have not used it for a long while. It is not the money that was the issue I just do not like companies that are not transparent in their processes. I would not recommend them on this factor.
If there would be option of giving negative stars I would have. Let me be clear for one thing. I have till not tested the product so this is not to review that. All these supplement site offer same product what makes it different is customer service, and for this company their moto is not that customer is always right it is to how to take our money and then dont give to cents of care. Today its going to be one month since I had placed an order and it has not reached me. I dont live in a remote country, in a small village in Africa. I am based in Indonesia, Jakarta one of the biggest metropolitan cities. My tracing system shows my product is stuck at customs for over 15 days. And when I aske for customer support they give me log email and then point out how we as customers did not read the overseas guidelines and say they expect us to understand. I have attached a screen shot of their revert to me. I have send dozens of couriers from here and received many more from all over the world. This is not the fist time it is happening; these things happen in countries such as this. But the reason I am so pissed off as this is the first time I have seen zero effort from a company to aid in resolving this conflicts. Calls can be made and inquires can be put in place. I believe when you have the audacity to charge us $30 for shipping for god sake make sure we receive our products.
This is the last time I am placing the order with this company. And If you are like me who values respect and service over a few bucks you are better to order via GNC or other international store which dont make false advertisement.
