I received my order very quickly and was more than satisfied. My friend was right when she told that it's a great site.
I've never had so many problems ordering online. It kept kicking me out. I tried for days. I finally called customer service to place the order. It took forever because I got the new person. I got an order # which is USELESS because there is no where on the website to check order status! And the account that the new person started for me shows NO ORDERS. So what am I supposed to look up? How can a website not have a check order status where you can put the # in? Oh... it's a site that sucks you in wastes your time. I will never order from BB again.
I bought the Creme eyeshadow and after a while the color tip started to fall out. Then the sharp end started to chip. I cut my hand on the sharp tip! When I complained to Macy's where I bought it they said there was nothing they could do. I have a picture of this tip which acts as a weapon but your website does not allow downloading. Send me an email address and I will send you a picture of your atrocious packaging! It does not accept iphone pictures! *******@comcast.net
I bought the mascara and got a allergic reaction had to go to see the doctor never using this products again
Like a manicure that chips about an hour after you have it, this cosmetic packaging is deplorable. It breaks apart at the hinges or caps damage easily; product easily snaps or cracks into pieces. I thought it was just a fluke but not so. After several purchases, I've given up (reluctantly). These plastic cases and pencils are the cheapest in the marketplace. Bobby Brown can do better.
Hello, I have place an order on Friday 27/12/2019 10am for a New Years Eve present, I paid express delivery and the item was supposed to be with me on Tuesday 31/12. On Tuesday 31/12 I recieved an email at 11:51am that the item I was supposed to have that date was NOT in stock and that I will get a refund. If you want to have an e-shop and be responsible for it, that is not the way to do it. Good job on ruin the day and leave your (ex)-customer trying to fill a gap in new years eve. Keep up (not) the good work
I had purchased bobbi brown foundation stick on an duty free airport in a different country.
These product was so badly handled by the seller that they had given me a broken stick.
I complained to bobbi brown and they sent me a wrong shade as blond shade for my wheatish skin.
And bobbi brown never took my case seriously till date to replace my purchase with right shade.
Please dont buy product this companies its poor in handling their product abroad and poor in product returns and exchange practises
