This was my first time ordering from English Tea Store's site and I am totally satisfied! All the goodies were delivered fast and packaged well. Nothing damaged, crushed or crumbled! Cannot wait to place additional orders! I paid extra for the cooling bag and things were packed perfectly in it. Thanks so much!

Excellent customer service and exceptional quality teaware. With help from a customer service representative, I selected and purchased my first Yixing teapot and a fair cup from them. Upon arrival, everything was packed super carefully and arrived in perfect condition. The fair cup is made from quality glass, not too thin walled, and the teapot is beautifully crafted.

I will be returning as I build my collection of teawares. Thank you all so much for the great experience!

I have shopped at this store for many years, online and in-store. The employees are always very helpful and polite. I get both decaf and regular coffees and teas. All have been super. We also use a lot of the CoffeeIcon brand and have enjoyed the many different options and the reduced price. We shop for ourselves, our grown children who live far away as well as for our office. Love this place. Thank you for what you do -- also the smell when you walk into the store is awesome! Barbara

Original review - Very unimpressed with my tea order. I got several types, both familiar blends and a couple new ones to try. The masala chai, which I normally love, is so overdone with cloves that it burns my throat; nasty. Three other herbal blends all have unpleasant aftertastes to me. I was hoping to find a new tea source - no. But their CS was well handled!

Mighty Leaf is best and flavour is sweet. Quality and Quantity is excellent. Taste is great. Price is affordable. Recommended to friends and family.

One of the best tea subscription options I have ever used! They have a wide variety of teas to choose from and they always ship on time so I never run out of my tea! I normally get their pure tea because that's my preference but my friend suggested that I should try out the blended as well so that's gonna be my next order!

I ordered tea few times from the website. The tea is really good and tasty. I bought 4 different flavors. I like all of them. But when I tried to make order next time there was many tries to pay and the website declined my card all the time. I spent more then hour to pay for my order.

I drink tea every day religiously. After one of my fellow tea friends recommended that I try out Senbird's Tea, I'm glad I gave it a try. One of the truly authentic Japanese Matcha that are available besides Ippodo and Koyamaen Product packaging is very clean and simple and love that it is double sealed for freshness. The color and quality of the matcha was good. I made a cup with a half tsp and whisked it in. The color was a deep green and the flavor was amazing. I always drink my tea plain so I found the taste very agreeable. If you are used to sweet tea, you may not like this tea or may need to add a sweetener.
