I called twice about my order just to check on what was happening and each time I spoke to a caring friendly individual who made me feel like they really cared about my order. Thank you for such a great experience. Love dealing with your company! Every time I need a part that is out of stock at my local Yamaha dealership, you have it in stock and for a better price than the dealership. Thank you and please keep up the great work!
Ordered spark plugs that said qty of 4. Only came with one. After talking to costumer service, they said that has been a major complaint. Asked why it did not state that in the description, she could not give an answer. It wasn't stated in the description because they have been taking advantage of people because they know most people won't go through the hassle of sending them back. Not a very good business decision.
Easy website to maneuver and find what you need, but even the smallest items are expensive to ship so make sure you have a full cart or meet the criteria for free shipping. I forgot one gasket and will end up paying full shipping price. Also, items are slow to arrive compared to other websites.
Perfect tho for finding those parts you need when you have the item number. Easy shopping.
The box the parts come in is usually flimsy & rips easily - have lost small parts in past shipments due to this. Please use stronger boxes.
Yamaha oil filters - I usually order these in piece quantities of 10, however they're always put loose into the box, & arrive with damage to the individual packages - perhaps you could send these in the 10-piece packaging?
Parts were in stocks and shipped right away. I wish that you would use ups and not us mail.
Overall, I was really happy with my order through boats.net. The part is exactly what I ordered and got me back on the water to continue tournament season.

They had the small part I needed for my 1998 Yamaha 15 hp outboard motor. It was shipped and arrived in timely manner. I had to pay shipping on a part the size of a thumbtack which is ok but it cost me almost as much in shipping as the part cost.
Great tools to identify part numbers for outboard engines. Fast shipping. Excellent experience. Will use again.

Great service - parts were received SUPER fast / called customer service with a question and they were very helpful/responsive - however, the prices for these OEM parts were ridiculous
The parts fit perfect and my motor runs great. Your parts were my second choice at first due to the price. After trying the Amazon crap, I quickly realized I needed REAL parts. My only complaint is the excessive price.

Hawkeye Depthfinder and NorCross Marine Products went the distance to replace my transducer for my Depthfinder. Had to pay shipping both ways but worth the wait. Customer service was a good considering they do not handle phone calls. They only do it through email correspondence.

Enjoy doing business With boats.net but like any company there always room for improvements. I ordered my big Tiller for my 60hp Yamaha during trying times when Covid 19 was rampant in Albany Ga. Ordered carb. Repair kit, on my 2005 Yamaha 25 2 cycle. Recieved kit quickly, in the mail. Accurate description of parts in kit, led to a rapid repair of both carbs. Same quick, accurate order was made last year on a water pump housing and impeller. I will continue to use Boats.net, for my engine parts and other accessories. TR

Have ordered parts before and was usually pleased with price and delivery. Sometimes the required parts can be identified by part number and a search on ebay can find the same part with a lower cost and free shipping.
