Contacted support about a order that said was shipped via usps which is horrible and would rather pay more to have ups or fed ex deliver since usps tracking is horrible and inaccurate and boxes show up opened and destroyed, but customer service checked status immediately saw that there was a issue and re dispatched the order via ups which the parts arrived on time quickly. Which I'm very thankful for and my customer is thankful for.

Was easy to look up products and parts and liked the up dates on shipping and notice of delivery. And the customer service on phone was good as well.

Was missing a part in delivery and they sent another. Also ordered too many parts and sent me a RMA to return. Good company to work with!

Only complaint on this order is I ordered the support shaft for the trim and it showed the bar only so i spent $20 more dollars to get bolts and washers. Then the bar came with new bolts and washers that are a different size. So now have bolts that go to nothing.

This factory part is way overpriced! Felt like I should use it anyway. Came in a plastic envelope somewhat damaged. Took a little longer than expected.

I needed the parts fast and got them in faster than I thought. It's the holiday peak and everything seems to take longer. They wasted no time processing the order and shipping it out to me which is very much appreciated.
