Ordered spark plugs that said qty of 4. Only came with one. After talking to costumer service, they said that has been a major complaint. Asked why it did not state that in the description, she could not give an answer. It wasn't stated in the description because they have been taking advantage of people because they know most people won't go through the hassle of sending them back. Not a very good business decision.

I had multiple friends engines I was repairing and the engine diagrams helped me figure out what was missing greatly. Most of the parts I ordered were pretty obscure and couldn't believe you had them… in stock! I got all 6 motors back up and repaired properly. To have everything arrive promptly was great. I will certainly be ordering with you guys again. Just add summer now.

Excellent service. A lot of aftermarket parts available for older boats but was able to get original parts from Boats.net. Non original sometimes simply don't work!
I ordered parts more than a week ago and they're not here. In fact I called to add a couple parts an hour or so after hitting the button and they said it already shipped. We like your site and availability, but I'm not sure if we can afford this turnaround time. All of our other suppliers are 2-3 days

While on vacation in florida, my 9.9 evinrude tiller handle throttle cable was snipped by the flywheel. I called boats.net monday at 9 am, part was delivered by tuesday afternoon! What Service! Totally pleased.
Needed a part for my 2015 Merc 150 and boats.net has it as usual. So far, they have had every OE part I've needed and when ordered is shipped almost immediately and arriving in days. I really appreciate the logistics effort from boats.net. It allows folks like me who plows through junk on the water to keep thier motor running.
It had been quite awhile since I had ordered anything from them mainly because of taking too long to ship and then shipping on UPS which is the modern day Pony Express. My order shipped the same day that I ordered it and shipped by USPS and I received it in three days. I will not hesitate to order again when I need parts. Thanks for the great service!
I don't really understand why you can accept an address, which is valid, yet have it returned because it is invalid, according to the shipping agent. Just because the house or suite number was put before the road address it was deemed invalid. Yet it was shipped from your warehouse, it went goodness knows where and then returned. Anyone with an ounce of sense would have been able to find that address. I then had to fight to get the freight charge returned, that seemed very unfair. Now the parts won't get here until after my guests leave ( as it is being shipped to the Bahamas) and they will miss some fun on the water.

Was able to find the exact part with diagrams of my exact motor and have them shipped in a timely manner. "I" did however miss a part that I needed. Called the local Yamaha dealer and they said 1 to 2 weeks for the part. Lol. Got my parts in three days. Thank you Boats.net
1967 9.8 mercury. Not only was I surprised, but stunned when I got genuine mercury party. Your rep was very helpful and knowledgeable about my motor. He was great to work with. I'll be back for sure.

This is the second time I purchased from Boats.net in the past 2 months. Their customer service on the phone is fast and accurate. This time I needed something overnighted and was going to miss the shipping deadline that day but the person helping me somehow made it happen. Also, the web site is really easy to navigate. I keep the phone number and web site handy in our boat.

Great can't buy a lot of mercury parts because not a dealer but own full marine service shop been in business 42 yrs
I broke the ground stud off by using a 1/4" impact gun. It was the right part and came in super quick!
