I thought this might be a breakable piece of junk and was hesitant to try it out. When I pulled it out of the box I was surprised how simple the directions were to put it together. It had pictures which made it very easy. We had a bad bout of rain in my area so it was the perfect time to test the product out. It held up to wind and rain and my dog loves it!
Ordered two items for $40 plus $8.00 shipping, company intentionally shipped 2 different inferior items worth about $10. Filed a complaint with PayPal, company said I had to return the crap items to a Canadian address to process my refund, knowing it would cost $40 to ship to Canada from the US, even though they originally shipped from New Jersey.

I ordered a number of products from this company (Nov. 2017) and all of them came in within the 5 shipping days as promised! Everything worked fine (I purchased some electronic stuff). After reading the reviews I was really nervous and had contacted them to ensure I would receive product - they got back to me the same day! Whatever was happening to cause bad reviews - I have not experienced it and would order again from them.
One of the best electric comb brush at this price. I ordered it for my sister, she completely loved the product quality and the usage of this hair brush. She told me that display is also there which shows temperature. I recommend everyone to buy this.
I liked the design but the holding chain was very thin. Similarly the back of the ear ring I'd very delicate. One person found this helpful that was my husband

Honestly, I'm really pleased with all the orders I made this day. The few orders I had problems were promptly resolved by customer support! Very good! So sorry and shocked to read all the bad reviews about this company. I ordered a pair of hair comb straighteners. They said it would take a couple of weeks to deliver. It arrived in about a week and I am very happy with my purchase. I missed the first delivery due to being at work and I emailed them and received a swift response with instructions on what to do. However my item was delivered the next day. No problems and very happy.

I ordered Arthritis gloves for my elderly father received the order within one week. The gloves do help him but they wear out in a couple of months. He had 2 pairs switched them out to wash. He wore them 24/7 they help with the pain the price is reasonable so I give them a thumbs up.
I had no problems with this company. I ordered my daughter a swimsuit (which we couldn't find anywhere else, so we took a chance despite the negative reviews). It was only $20 so I wasn't expecting too much. But it arrived quickly and was of good quality. It looked just like the pictures. My daughter was happy with it and so was I.
