In December 2017 someone charged Sandals for a total of $34.48 on my charge account. Records show that the items were delivered to me at my address. I NEVER RECEIVED THEM. Boardwalk has refused over the course of MANY CANNED RESPONSES FROM THEM and increasingly angry and NOT vile responses from me, there has been no movement on THEIR PART except for the reply that its now over the 45 day return limit and they can't do anything. Aaarrrggghhh! I even had auto accessories shipped to me and i do not even own a car! Got THOSE charges refunded. (NOT FROM BOARDWALK!) DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM... WARNING... THEY ARE CROOKS!... canned emails, no customer service phone contact number, will never expect my money back, based on what I have read here, UNFORTUNATELY!
