I ordered this set of DVDs after seeing the advertisement on TV about a fortnight ago, but didn't look at the reviews until after I had placed the order, and was dismayed to read that several people were very dissatisfied. I also noticed (too late!) that the website had a padlock crossed out at the top, indicating that it wasn't secure. (Why is this, BNL Media? It must put people off.) In view of all this, I was very concerned that I wouldn't get my DVDs, and dreaded having to chase the order or a refund. I needn't have worried - the DVDs were delivered this morning, 10 days after being ordered, and appear to be in good condition, although of course I haven't had time to listen to them all yet. I am therefore writing this review to reassure others who might be deterred by the bad reviews.
I have been trying to get a refund for an elderly friend who in October, bought a razor that didn't work properly. She returned it and the package was signed for by someone at the company but despite making phone calls hasn't had a refund. I've contacted the company through their website and received a confirmation email and promise that they would contact me. This was back in December. I emailed them again over a week ago and still no response. Looking at other reviews this looks like the usual response to returns. I would love to get my friend a refund, as she can't afford to make such a monetary loss.

Always a bit nervous buying off TV ads but i purchased the microforce razor for my hubbys birthday and it came with no problesm and he loves it. Great product and a good service. Would buy again with confidence
