Avoid this agent like the plague - we booked an Exclusive Suit with 3 rooms next to Castle in Budapest but when we arrived we were told it was not available and was taken to an alternative which can only be described as student accommodation opposite a building site twenty minutes from where we expected to be having chosen it to be near friends. As we had arrived late and were staying for only four nights we decided to put up with it but it was unsuitable for entertaining so we only used it for sleeping. We registered our dissatisfaction the next day by phone and by email upon return but BnBmore claimed the apartments were of equal standard and refused any further considerations. We could have complained on the standard of the maintenance alone with stains soft furnishing and walls, damaged doors and poor plumbing. Not to be recommended.
