HUGE LOSS OF MY INVESTMENT
January 2, 2025

UPDATE: As we continue to band together to shut down Tom/ Emily, BMB Matrix and Value Vault. In addition to filing with the FTC, FBI and Banks is great but please reach out to all 4 detectives at the Moorsetown Police Station. They need to hear from ALL of us individually. Leave a voice mail for them. Make it clear this Value Vault store is operating under there jurisdiction in the Moorsetown Mall. Their phone number is 235-1405, you can look up the area code. Hit extension 5 for Criminal Investigation and then the detective extensions are 1, 2, 5 and 6 and * for the Criminal Investigation Secretary. YOU MUST ALSO FILE with your LOCAL police department and tell them to transfer the matter to the Moorsetown Police Station. We all have our breach contracts, proof of our wire transfers, some of us have the never functional dashboards with barely pennies returned to us. We are out probably close to half a million combined. This is no small matter. We just needed to get this info into the right hands.

Over the past few months, several of us victims have connected online to support one another through this devastating SCAM. Collectively, we are owed nearly $500,000.

Today, we received our third set of "Update" videos from Tom. Unlike the previous updates in October and November—where he apologized for delays and assured us we'd start seeing returns on our investments, in this set of videos, Tom discussed his new shelving business and his new moving businesses. Regarding retail he claimed December was BMBs most profitable month. He mentioned reinvesting 80k in inventory due to being "sold out of most of the good inventory."

Meanwhile, we've seen NO RETURNS on our investments. Each video promised that the next video would provide a clear game plan for January and February profits, but no such plan was ever delivered. We are entering our 5th month of no financial return.

It's clear these videos are an attempt to placate us and delay more potential lawsuits. Instead, they're insulting and infuriating. We didn't invest in shelving or moving businesses. Those ventures offer us no returns.

Their contract has been breached countless times. While they boast about their success, we're left with nothing, many of us having lost our life savings. They have now sent this 3rd round of pointless videos to try and appear genuine. They are anything but. Refund requests are ignored, communication is dismissed, and when they do respond, it's only to offer more empty excuses without taking any responsibility. No money is ever paid out.

DO NOT PROCEED. BMB Matrix is a SCAM

Tip for consumers:

THIS IS A MASSIVE SCAM. STEER CLEAR!

SCAM WARNING: Bait-and-Switch Scam/ Potential Ponzi Scheme
November 18, 2024

SCAM WARNING: Bait-and-Switch Scam/ Potential Ponzi Scheme

I urge anyone considering investing in BMB Matrix to conduct thorough research before proceeding. I wish I found this info before I lost my HUGE investment:

1. Legal Troubles:

Since December 2023, at least FIVE lawsuits have been filed against BMB. A simple search for "BMB Matrix lawsuits" will reveal the details.

2. Fake Locations:

All addresses associated with BMB Matrix are INVALID. 3 are WeWork offices, 1 is a Walgreens, 1 goes to "A Registered Agent, Inc.", totally unrelated to BMB. The only potentially legitimate address is their "Value Vault" store in the Morristown Mall, NJ, which appears to be a front to project legitimacy. I spoke to Emily and their hours are 11-6 most days.

3. Phone number out of order:

Their 800 # is out of service. When it was operational no one ever answered.

4. Fake Reviews:

Negative reviews are often followed by a wave of generic 4-5 star reviews in an attempt to bury the honest reviews. Especially watch for the positive reviews about their beta / retail program. These are 100% fake.

This is where the bait and switch occurs. They upgraded me from Amazon/ Ebay to their "Beta / Retail Program". It exceeded my expectations. BUT payouts were ALWAYS late, even up to a month late. Once they convince of their selling power, they required a new contract and bigger re-investment. There was no reason to doubt based on performance. Once I reinvested ALL SALES STOPPED! Contact was ignored, or I was given lots of empty promises and lies. When I threatened to make this info public they started a plan to pay me out every 2 weeks. The payouts have been tiny. This week $45. They have over $31k of my investment and they paid me $45 this week. WATCH OUT!

5. Frequent Rebranding:

The company has operated under various names, including Build My Brand, TomParkerCo, Digital Supply Inc., and appears to now be transitioning to or affiliated with Value Vault. I have found 8 different websites.

6. BAD REVIEWS

Research their reviews on Reddit, Trustpilot, SiteJabber, Ripoff Report, Google Reviews, PissedConsumer, ComplaintsBoard (under build my brand) and the Better Business Bureau. The common theme is significant financial loss, disappearing, unfulfilled promises, ghosting, ignoring refund demands, promising to refund then ghosting, lies, blatant breach of contract.___

I dont believe the names of the characters running this show are real. Tom Quincy/Parker are American names, "Tom" is African. As for the others its hard to know. Emeli Perez, David J Stone, James Matthews, Charlotte Montague, Xavier Cole, Randy J. Nothing is real here, addresses, phone numbers, contracts, promises, and possibly names. They are criminals!

While their services and offerings appear innovative and appealing, the delivery is non-existent, communication is deplorable, the monetary losses are devastating. My experience has been brutal and stressful beyond belief for almost a year. Please exercise extreme caution and investigate thoroughly.

For those that have already been scammed you can file a complaint online:

-Internet crime complaint center - ic3
-Tips.fbi
-FTC Federal Trade Commission.

There are MANY of us out tens of thousands of dollars. You are welcome to mail me at BMBScam gmayle. A growing number of us are banding together to take legal action in a group.

Ive got endless amounts of proof text and video. In the attachments you can see lots of smooth words, apologizes, excuses, promises to do better, but the money NEVER comes. This is a fraction of my receipts.

Tip for consumers:
