Loved the costumes on here, I had no problem paying, I did read the last review on here but I didn't see any problems, It was a secure payment page and goods arrived within 48 hours, all in all a very nice shopping experience
Do not use these people. They have completely mucked me about for the last 8 weeks. One pair of shoes arrived 4 weeks late and I am still waiting for second. They rarely reply to emails or phone calls and are very slow. These are for my bridesmaids for my own wedding. They make promises about when the product will arrive that they don't stick to. They even know it is for a wedding but still choose to ignore me. It is unbelievable. This is the worst service I have ever had. However the shoes that did arrive were what I wanted. I don't know why they have to let themselves down like that because the products seem good. You just can't trust them though unfortunately. I just hope to get my money back.

The secure payment website that I was sent to has possibly expired?!

Ordered a costume for my 6 year old son, I paid extra for 48 hour delivery and according to the website it would arrive on Tuesday (ordered Sunday) On Tuesday evening I called but only got an answerphone stating "the call cannot be answered and "you can not leave a message"
Wednesday, still no costume and when trying to phone I got the same recorded messages.
Thursday, got a email from the retailer saying "We are very sorry, there was a technical glitch with your order"
The most annoying is you cannot talk to anyone & the email response is too slowl. I received a order and payment confirmation from the retailer and WorldPay on the day of purchase! I will never use this retailer again and would not recommend it as the communication is rubbish!
