Having placed an order with blueshoots.com I became concerned when my order hadn't arrived after a week. I tried phoning but got no answer, emailed but got no answer so emailedJjonathan Piggins direct. The following day I got emsil replied from customer services and Jonathan Piggins and received my goods the following day. I believe that no money is being taken now until the goods are dispatched and Blueshoots are trying to improve on previous poor service.
I ordered a coffee maker from them on 1 Dec '09, subsequently wrote to them 21 Dec, 18 Jan, 1 Feb, 18 Apr as my goods have not arrived. There has been no response at all, and there is no answer when trying to call them. I would avoid doing any business with these crooks, and spread the word they in in the business of taking money without supplying goods or customer service.

Avoid at all costs, purchased item, no email receipt of order, money taken from card immediately, and no goods received. Fraudster.
Coincidentally, 2 weeks later the credit card details I used for the purchase were used for several high value online transactions, fraudulently. Probably just a coincidence!
Ordered a canteen of cutlery@ end of December 2009, for a wedding gift.
Received a confirmation e-mail of the order & told delivery would be up to 28 days.
Payment taken from my credit card.
No response to e-mails sent or to calls made to an auto answer machine.
Still no goods or response on 13/02/2010.
Have now had my payment returned to my credit card 17/02/2010

I have had the same problems, goods did not appear within 28 day window, wrong phone No on website, re-directed No not answering, bounced e-mails. Saw these reviews yesterday so e-mailed UKTV Food to compain (address on website) surprise surprise this morning an e-mail from Peter at Blueshoots saying my money has been refunded!
I will be keeping a sharp eye on my credit card usage on line.
Very very poor considering it is endorsed by a great TV channel which I love to watch, be warned.
I have had the same problem, no goods and hundreds of pounds worth of fraudulent transactions on my credit card. Avoid at all cost!
Like the other reviewers paid for 2 items in late Jan '10, confirmation email received, money taken out of account. No products received, no emails returned. A complete con!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS! I placed an order with UKTV Cookshop on 31 May 2010, money was taken out of my account shortly by blueshoots.com. For the past week i have been trying to get in contact with them, and like the previous reviewers i have been unable to, and they have not replied to any of my emails. I have now complained to Sage pay, and Southwark trading standards, and also emailed them again asking for a refund.
I ordered goods from this site in early Nov 2009, no goods were sent out. They do not reply yo emails and the telephones are outgoing messages only. This site is a con to take your money.
Do not order from this site, all they do is take the money, but won't deliver the item ( I've been waiting since 16th of December 09) and they don't answer emails or phones and don't supply an address on their website either.
Same here! Took money immediately. No response from my emails. I have contacted my credit card company, Sagepay, trading standards and Consumer direct. I WILL have the company dealt with!
Had the same problems as everybody else here. When my goods finally arrived they were wrong but I have waited so ling and had so much stress that I am just gonna keep them. Do not buy from them.
Ordered in november, they take money from my credit card, no answering (phone, e-mail), no goods. Is it criminal? Who can do something.

Bought some Global knives stuff from Blueshoots. Good comms and contact throughout, order delayed by their supplier but it all arrived alst friday in time. Will deal again.
