I guess biz is that good, eh? Listen people: Gilt. Poshmark. 1stDibs. Go there. The service is better, the merchandise is authentic. And in the event your parcel remains undelivered, you won't have to deal with a two-year-old who is mad at the entire world that their job involves some tact. I ordered a saint Laurent belt. I received the wrong brand of belt. They refuse to send me the correct item, and are making me pay $13 to return the item they sent by mistake. Not sure why you would change the customer when you made the mistake and sent the wrong item. Then proceed to do nothing about it. I do not recommend this company. You are better off shopping from somewhere else

Fake items! I messed up and ordered a Gucci bag that Ive wanted for a couple years and thought since it was discounted it was because it was possibly aging out since it's not the popular gold hardware. Anyway, knew the bag was fake when it showed up it broken stitches. Hired an authenticator online and they confirmed it was fake. I sent an email to Bluefly with the certificate confirming the flaws and it was fake. Bluefly responded with the normal lies that counterfeit companies would say, they are third party and their products are legit. They even said the company I hired wasn't certified. So they are calling the other company liars. What Bluefly doesn't realize some people won't allow you to defraud them and say nothing. My job is going after fraudulent people and companies. I will be reporting and exposing this fraulent company to everyone, refund or not.
Made purchase, don't fit, returned. Zero communication and customer service. Plus time to process a return is exorbitant. Price competitive but lots of better option with actual communication and some customer service. Shop elsewhere

My first time buying consigned (except for ebay and Etsy). This site is a gosh diddly scam, whatever they Were, they are No More.
What's happened to me, like many reviews below, is that a wrong address was automatically chosen, with no recourse to rectify the situation. They have a disclaimer that they do not cancel orders or change addresses. How am I one of many people who's 'wrong address' was automatically inputed. This is a scam. Based on other reviews you probably don't want it anyway, but I am going to try my hardest to get my money back. Even if the package is undelivered, read below what fun adventure awaits. Call 911, I have been robbed. Disgraceful. Blew fly boogers all over that nasty warehouse floor while they steal your credit card info and scam you into a purchase you can't back out of. I'm calling the FBI. I will get that money back, Mark my words.

I confirmed with customer support that the NEW BV belt I want as a gift was gonna come in the original BV box. However, it came in a generic white cardboard box and it was badly scratched. Here's the customer service response when I asked for a return. Even at a discount bluefly should offer goods as advertised but the customer service person pretty much told me that I should expect to be scammed. This better-than-thou attitude is astonishing as they're in wrong in the first place.
Bought my daughter a pair of earrings from Blue Fly this year and paid for expedited shipping so they would arrive by Christmas. They sent me completely the wrong item, and have done exactly nothing to correct their mistake. We are a week past Christmas, and I still don't have the gift I paid for. Awful experience. People make mistakes, but refusing to correct them and leaving your customers hanging out to dry is not ok. Buyer Beware.
Can not fix my order the system electronically pick my former address on there site. I emailed then seconds after I saw the receipt in order conformation email. There is no way to correct the address they say. They will not cancel the order and the will not refund my money these guys are thieves i have al really contact the better business bureau. I ordered sneakers. After almost 2 weeks and I did not receive notification of my order status. I contacted the merchant via email and was given the "runaround" and told to be patient. This is my first experience with this merchant and my last. My recommendation, don't buy anything from this merchant.

I recently purchased a Balenciaga bag. Upon opening, I immediately suspected counterfeit. There is no serial # anywhere, the number of holes in shoulder strap each side were 13...should be 12. The inside was not cotton canvas as described. The " lambskin" doesn't look real. The dustbag was like parchment. I contacted Bluefly via email(they don't have a phone#, and refuse to converse via phone). They sent a slew of pre made denial texts, going back to theme that all their " merchandise is authentic". When I pointed out all the discrepancies they got hostile. They then said I have a " history of doing this making them suspicious of fraud!". This is blatantly untrue. I went to credit card company who are currently being helpful. I also reported to BBB in Fla. They did their part, but said company just sticks to a denial format, and a " final sales" theme, ignoring that they sold knowing/unknowingly a counterfeit. BBB says they have numerous complaints about Bluefly. I notified AARP, who were very helpful. They also identified them on a list with very poor consumer ratings. There are no email or # for any corporate members of Bluefly, which are located in NYC. So buyer beware.

The confirmation came through as a size 9 and Bluefly blamed me for their mistake and sent the wrong size despite numerous emails from me asking them to cancel the transaction.

I have been a heavy consumer of designer fashion for almost 50 years and believe Bluefly is the worst platform. The worst!

Bluefly was my go to site for years. I bought quality clothing at a reasonable price. Lately, it's gone down hill. I've returned items in the past without a problem and wasn't charged a $20 return and restocking fee. I didn't check their return policy before ordering a dress last week because I didn't know their policy had changed. They wanted $20 to return a $38 dress! Thinking I had misread the information, I contacted their customer service department, asking for clarification. Yep, they wanted that much money to return the item! I also asked if I could pay for the shipping fees myself using a carrier of my choice to avoid their inflated fee. I was informed that I could pay the postage myself, but I would still be charged the $20 fee for restocking. I'm done! I will never order from Bluefly again! Price gauging is not a good look, Bluefly! In addition, their sizing guide is way off! Now I'm stuck with a dress at least two sizes too small. Waste of money!

Bluefly will not allow you to exchange an item purchased that is the wrong size. Even if they have the right one in stock. I got sucked into buying a pair of shoes for a gift for my daughter that didn't fit. It didn't occur to me to check their exchange policy beforehand. My bad. However, I don't think I have ever purchased anything I could not exchange for the correct size. They also charge a restocking fee. As well as postage. Which is understandable, but my 87.xx purchase ended up in a refund of 60.xx. Not cool.

They advertised new shoes, but sold me used shoes that were worn at the sole. Don't buy from here because their customer service is terrible and after addressing my concerns with the order, they just said the shoes weren't worn. That rubbed me the wrong way and I even attached photos to prove that they were worn. Ridiculous! I'll be contacting the Federal Trade Commission regarding false advertising by clearly selling a used product, but not listing the condition of it and selling as if it was new for $304. This is very misleading to consumers and if I had known they were used, I wouldn't have bought them. They didn't offer me a partial refund and I had to bug them for a return label. Oh, and also they charge $50 for return fees not including shipping. What an unprofessional, unethical company! I'm considering suing and anyone reading this should too! It's a complete scam!

In an industry where online shopping is inevitable, there should not be all these fees to return an item because it didn' t fit. We all know that sizes can be all over the board. Charging all these fees to return is not taking care of your customers. Even an exchange for a different size won't save you on the return fee. Plus, you have to pay to return the item. If you purchase a 50 item, it could cost you 75% of that item to return it. That is not right. Bluefly start taking better care of your customers.

I purchased a Prada handbag and received a counterfeit item. I knew immediately as it was wrapped in poor English packaging and the quality was off in many aspects. They claim to have an authenticity guarantee yet are unable to provide actual proof of authenticity as they are not authorized distributers. I had the item authenticated by a third party yet their customer service team have been extremely abusive and rude denying the determination and refusing a full refund. I have now opened a case with PayPal but stay far away from them! Not worth the headache to deal with scammers. I'm shocked they're still in business with these awful practices and scamming consumers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
