Blue Biggy

As someone mentioned below, should have read the reviews first. I paid $80 CDN back at the start of September and gave them more than the 25 business days to deliver. It is now Nov 2,2020 and still no bed. Their response is that it got stuck in transit, same as review below. I got scammed, I am sure and am a widow on a pension.

Ordered on March 1st.
Sent numerous emails asking where my order is.
Received ‘part' of my order and stole the rest of my money!
Excessive excuses and now NO RESPONSE at all.

They are THIEVES and Scam artists in China.

What comes around, goes around.

4 times BAD LUCK WILL come to all those in this company.

This website will not respond to any requests from all platforms. I have emailed more than a dozen times. Left messages on social media platforms and commented on posts. They took my money, then said they had emailed confirmation notice - twice. They didn't. Disgusted

Ordered a bed for my dog that had a back operation 5 months ago and still waiting, customer services are poor, if they respond at all!

I have been contacting them for months, and the company are using Covid as an excuse for lack of shipping.

For me the bed was quite a sum of money, lesson learnt I will only order from standard websites I'm familiar with.

Not sure what can be done with this company, but agree they should be reported as good people are parting with hard earned money, and lining someones pocket.

I will put this down to experience but a big mistake!

I bought 2 beds from BlueBiggy in October and haven't received the order so far. It suppose to be a Christmas gift for my brother and his 2 dogs. Reading all those reviews below I'm sure I'm waiting for nothing. Such a waste of time and money! Karma is a $#*!.

Buyers beware! I purchased a bed for my dog 8/8. It is now 9/2 and I have no update. After I purchased the item, they decide to tell me it takes 40 days to make. Wtf?! Why wouldn't they mention that in the first place. I wanted a refund and then they say they don't do refunds. They also do a piss poor job of communicating. They took my money and never delivered the item. Why on earth would I buy and item that hasn't even been made yet?! Especially during these hard times businesses Like this should be ashamed for screwing people over like this.

Wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering a dog bed from this "business". Ordered Aug 4/20 and did have back and forth with "customer service" making many promises until total radio silence. Wish I knew who to contact to get their advertising cancelled. Would have given no stars if possible.

They take your money but don't deliver the product! Buyer Beware! I ordered back in June and here we are in December and out of pocket for 2 beds, thank you very much for stealing my money!

I ordered two dog beds, gave them 200.00. It's been 60+ days, no order. I've emailed them a dozen times. They won't return my money and my items never came!

Don't buy from this company - they are complete scam artists and thieves. They take your money and then refuse to answer emails and the dog bed ordered in good faith never arrives. Their website looks legit but only after you realise you've been duped (because nothing arrives and they won't respond to your message) do you go back and read the small print to see how to escalate your complaint do you realise that it's actually all a front. They need to be held to account and we need to raise people's awareness about what they're doing. BE WARNED - DREADFUL COMPANY and DREADFUL PEOPLE.

I BUY A BED OF THE LARGEST FOR MY DOG AT $ 120 DOLLARS IN AUGUST 20 AND CURRENTLY DECEMBER I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. AND TO COMPLETE THE SCAM, BY ENTERING THE BLUEBIGGY PAGE TODAY IT IS CURRENTLY CLOSED. TOTAL SCAM. IF SOMEONE CAN DO SOMETHING AGAINST THIS COMPANY IT WOULD BE FANTASTIC

100% scam. They take money, and never respond. They do not even have any phone number written. Please do not order from here, no matter what.

Ordered the dog bed it July, it's now mid December, 2020. Dog bed has not been delivered, nor are they returning my e-mails. I am out the money paid for this product.

I bought a bed from BlueBiggy in August. They took the money out of my checking account on September 9th and I have received nothing. They stole my money. They are a scam!

I ordered a calming bed over 2 months ago and asked it to be shipped to my daughter in the UK. We've both repeatedly sent them emails asking for updates re delivery. Both my daughter and I have received completely different responses/excuses as for the delay. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Just like everyone else I bought this product back In May and nothing. Cost me 172.00 for an extra large because I have a big dog. Numerous emails and nothing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE THIEVES

I assumed the webpage was legit and placed an order on 15 April 2020. I was happy my order was being shipped and then it came to my realization that they have shipped it to the wrong address which happens to be Auckland whereas i stay in the middle east. I tried contacting customer support and they kept turning me down that it was shipped to the right address. And it delivered in a few days. The CS team tells me, its shipped to the correct address. So, to verify i reached china post and i find out that they have scammed and given me the wrong shipping number to give me the idea that my order was delivered in a wrong country. Then, to confirm, i came in contact with westgate postal delivery and they too did mention the address mentioned on the parcel was Auckland too.
