Not sure what they are doing different than everyone else but they always seem to have the item I'm looking for and shipping and return process are exemplary. Not to mention their first rate communication. Other retailers should follow and learn from this customer centric retailer. Their buyers, operations and logistics team should be commended. Thank you!
They send my product to the wrong address. Now it's an issue to get a refund. They mentioned I'm not eligible for my money back. Not only that, the amount of money I've spend on this store. The customer service is the worse they sound Indian or from Philippines. They can't communicate at all. Not only that some of them are from here and they give you attitude. I'm going to bring my business to Nordstrom or sacks
Purchased a Chanel No 5 perfume online, but It never smelled good … may be an old stock. When I initiated a return after 6 months they excepted but the store refused to take it saying there policy is 3 months. The online app has a problem then, they need to fix it. Beware they can sell old stock or a fake perfume too.

On May 30th 2022 I purchased some shoes and paid an extra $5 dollars to have my item gift wrapped when it arrived it was in a beat up box with ripped up paper over it and not gift wrapped the Customer service representative was very nice giving me a 20% off coupon but ill stick with Saks from now on

Returns are very complicated. Make sure and double check that you are getting the right size and that you are 100% sure you want the item.
I get that the top brands are here and it is an iconic store but we need to stop the price mark up for so thing which does not even really exist
Nice stuff but the average person can not shop there they are simply over priced. Lower you prices and you may sell more
I am getting used to online dating. Blloomingdale is a litte bit hard to use. But there are a lot of profiles. Cool
It's Bloomingdale's, so the merchandise is pretty darn nice, always authentic, and the customer service is excellent. I've ordered from them many times and pretty much got the items I wanted by the next day. The website, however, is another matter. It's a bloated mess, and I am always irritated by using it. Once, I was doing a search, and I tried to narrow down my selection by picking particular aspects I wanted to see (black, low heel, certain designer), and the website took forever to gather the information and display it. And then it got muddled and the website appeared to stall or get hung up. So, my recommendation is don't ask the website to do too much. Keep it simple, get your merchandise, and then get out!
Not bad for a large company, love the amount of coupons that I get from them
I only buy things that I am going to reuse for a lifetime haha it's too expensive but I gues youre paying for the quality
No diff, maybe a bit cheap than Macy's, have have no reason to go out of my to shop there.
