Over charged for flowers that were not ordered and company refuses to make any amends for their error.
I ordered funeral flowers and did not get what I had ordered. Customer service was horrible! They will not take ownership for their error. DO NOT use them. They do not deliver as requested and do not care! They wanted to refund me $6 for their $60.00 mistake. They are thieves! They do not deliver as promised. Not in quantity or in quality. Use another florist.

I ordered some flowers to send to someone in the US while I am in Canada. The flower arrangement never arrived on the date scheduled, and they emailed me to say that they cancelled the delivery. They offered me a coupon to order again if I'd like and delivery date two days later so I foolishly ordered again and the flowers again were cancelled on the date of delivery. Both times I was provided a credit however a lower amount was provided back to me each time with the excuse of exchange rates. I lost almost $10 in the process. This is a major scam and the company should be reported and destroyed I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. I never knew I needed to worry about fraud for buying flowers. So sad that people scam like this. You can't get through to any type of customer service via phone or chat. Do not use this service at all tell all your friends it is horrible.

I paid over $60 for flowers to be delivered. Flowers were not delivered. The phone goes directly to voicemail. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. It's truly FREUD & a rip off. Wish I read these reviews before my purchase. This company is HORRIBLE. They lost a customer for good! And I will continue writing negative reviews because if I can prevent one person from my experience then my job is done.

The compnay that has the worst Customer Service ever! They can never get an order on time or right. I do not recommnend anyone to use them.

My elderly (86) year old Dad who has not bee well wanted me to send flowers to his daughters for helping him. I arranged to send them on his behalf to my sister in Texas. I ordered them on the Wednesday prior to Mother's Day and there was not issue raised in that process nor was I told there might be. On the morning of delivery I received a notice indicating that they were unable to deliver. Obviously this left me no time on such a busy floral day to reorder elsewhere. Bloomex said in that cancellation that they were sorry for the inconvenience and if you were prepared to wait the 2 days after Mother's Day being the following Monday or Tuesday I could reorder and they would give me a free upgrade. I went that route and quickly regretted it as come the following Monday or Tuesday, no flowers, yet again. I subsequently spent over 4 hours of my time trying to ascertain if they would ever be sent, including telephone and online chat which got me nowhere. Finally after requesting a supervisor contact me I was "promised" they would be sent but they were not. I got another notice on the day of delivery and again cancelled and this time they issued a refund. The problem is with this method of resolving there is no winner. I was strung along with promises it would be rectified a long with the incentive of a bigger better which was never received and to add insult to injury because I am in Canada but paying in US funds I actually lost money on the exchange over the 2 weeks of trying to get this sorted out. In total I lost almost 10$ in the transactions. The customer service and response time was shameful. They really do not give a hoot about their customers. I finally contacted From You Flowers and within 2 days my flowers were delivered. Beautiful and fresh. As expressed by others on here too if you have a date that is important do not trust what this company tells you. They will make promises they have no intention of even keeping. BLOOMEX: NEVER NEVER again...

I ordered flowers for my sister for Christmas. I selected 23rd Dec so that worst case if they failed to deliver she might get them on the 24th or 25th. Nope. Bloomex failed to deliver then offered to deliver them way after Christmas. She was home all day waiting for them but they said no-one was home so didn't deliver them. I've asked for a refund and they've refused to offer one, instead offering a 15% coupon. Or a store credit for half the value I paid for the flowers... I will never use this company again. Not a good way to run a business, taking people's money then not delivering on your service. I understand it can get busy and you can't fulfill your orders. Disappointing but understandable - but in that case, offer me a refund, don't just take my money.

I place an order to be delivered the next day, it took 7 days for me to get a respond. Called the customer care services and they hang up on. This is a Total scam please don't ever buy anything for Bloomex if you don't want to be Scam

Probably, the worst experience with flowers delivery company ever. They are trying to charge my credit card several times after the original charge. I had to call my credit card to stop it. Flowers are not delivered

I have been ordering from bloomex for years and it is very convenient and easy to go through the process. They have a variety of products to choose from that are reasonably priced. I recommend bloomex to anybody.
