Its located in Chandigarh IT park near INFOSYS. Good company to work for and learn. Employees used to take part in all the sports activities especially Night Football and Night Volleyball under flood lights. A little more emphasis on employee training will help.

Good location and nice envoirement halo full staff I joined this company 6 month before this is my first company they gave me 6 month training in php the training was hard but it's help me a lot to grow now I am a permanent employee of bliss it solutions

Worst company I have ever seen.
1.no management
2.no salary
3. Looting clients as well as employees
4.no leaves every Saturday working and overtime up to late night
5. They dont stand with their words
6. They treat employees as slaves and rule them without salary
7. Unprofessional

I was working with bliss it solutions from past 2 year i had given them more than 20 project as outsource and all projects are gone well good communication and 24 * 7 support so i recommend them

As everyone can see there is no client information, No client name, No client contact number, No client website - Its purely a fake post to damage reputation of company and black mail them for money to get this removed from website.

Reputation Repair Team (They all are team, First they will add rubbish about your company and then they will ask you to get this removed from another organization)

I will complain Google for both the parties and website and get them banned under Google.
I am sure many true and gennuine business man are facing this issue, due to this spammer and reputation damager.

Poor Management. No professionalism.
Salary Issues from past 2 years. Number of resigns in few days.
No company faces 6 resigns in 1 week. They are treating their employees as slaves. If management is so good then why are resigns coming everyday.

Instead their team leads are going without collecting their documents. Not one but many team leads left them without even collecting their work experience and salary.

Can they explain why the person on team lead can leave the organisation like this if they are so professional and fulfilling their duties.

Bliss IT took a deposit through Odesk to build my website. Trouble is, they provide great examples of websites they are supposed to be able to build, but when it came to building mine, it looked awful and nothing like their examples.

Tried to get my deposit back, which has been impossible.

I am working here from last 11 months. Awesome place to work. Specially the team leads and managers are very supportive. I feel this is the Organisation where i can get overall development.
