I ordered a new version of a Samsung watch that came out that was suppose to be in like new condition. To my surprise I didn't get what I ordered at all. I contacted blinq and the rep only wanted to give me a 45 dollar credit. I clearly let them know that I wanted the correct model of watch that I was suppose to get. I can't even test this watch out due to the fact that they even sent the wrong charger with it. Crappy experience all the way around. Also the two went dark one I emailed him back about this.
It is awesome service provider. The products also gets discounted price any other site. The dress material is also good.
I bought it iPad 2 weeks ago, after I turn on and try to set, I found an Apple ID already in the tablet and a email account from December 2015. The site said about this tablet "open box, like new" seems nobody review this device.
Products are great and in great condition but the rechargeable batteries are not. Is it possible to get batteries sent to me so my headphones can work.
I got a fantastic price for the item but the box was in very bad shape (and it was listed as "A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag".
Have to add staff members names prior to sharing or the name field doesn't appear. Admin cannot send templates to batch emails - have to send one at a time. Recipient has to scroll down to see 'Save Contact'. Will need prompting to do this. No card scanner.
Thankfully, the shredder only sustained minor scuffing, considering it was packed in an oversized cardboard box without ANY packing materials around it! The box itself looked as though UPS threw it from location to location and had tears and holes in it to show for the abuse. I'm shocked it still functioned upon arrival (but thankful it did!). Otherwise, it was a great price for the product!
There was oil all over the screen, and a smell of motor oil when I got the device. Other than having to clean that and the discoloring on the back of the computer I am pretty happy with my purchase
They shipped me an open box small appliance that had the power plug cut off and taken. (Not that I would have fixed it.) But it certainly tells me they didn't check this open box return. I've heard some manufacturers do this on defective product so it can't be re-sold. Guess that doesn't work all of the time. No worries about returning it, I just hope it doesn't happen again.
I am still waiting for my item, nearly a month after I ordered it. This is because while FedEx ships quickly to pretty much anywhere in the continental U.S., in order for it to get to Alaska it goes to a freight forwarder in Washington, where it then sits on a barge for a few weeks. In many cases, AK/HI customers actually pay MORE for less efficient service.
USPS priority mail is much faster, and does not cost any more to ship to Alaska/Hawaii. Even first class mail usually gets to Alaska from anywhere in the U.S. in about a week. Had I known before purchase that this was going to ship via FedEx through a freight forwarder, I would likely have not ordered from Blinq.
I love your site, and enjoy finding deals. But is it really a "deal" if I then have to wait a month to receive it? Please consider other shipping services.

BLINQ has good prices but will spam you to death after purchase. I will not buy from them again or recommend them to a friend due to the spamming.

I loved finding the toy I ordered cheaper than anywhere else and that it arrived so fast and with free shipping. I didn't like, however, that the toy had a big scuff across it and the packaging was in poor condition.
A flip-plate on the front of the computer was cracked/broken and fell off. UPS packages need to be marked "Fragile, Handle with Care" to prevent improper handling by UPS employees at the terminals and while in-transit.
They need to do some better packing to prevent damage during shipping.

Shorts were advertised as new without tags but they looked washed and that makes them USED. Deal was ok but not as good as it should have been.
I ordered a tv from them, it came with no stand or user manual. Just the tv and remote. Tv works well but I had to order a universal stand from Amazon in order to watch it. I tried to ask customer service to send the missing parts or discount the price but they never responded.
Hi, the online shopping experience is pleasant. However, I think the shipping needs improvements. The regular shipping is too slow, I waited about 2 weeks to get my order. Amazon is much much more faster. So if you want to compete with Amazon, improving shipping speed would be the most desired service for your customers.
The audio out is weak and the volume is not great, but strictly as monitor it's a great value for $.

Was told by customer service an order I placed was non existent although paid for. No records were found. However, the items did arrive on the same day I called CS.
I am excited with the product but has some small isuues waiting if it arrises again and is that dell assured new one.
Easy to order, fast shipping. A little disappointed at the age of the computer, ebay stated "like new" but checking the service tag with Dell and the computer is 2 years old. Had to completely reload the computer, who ever had the computer before had loaded their software and made the computer run very slow.
I recently purchased an open box laptop & it was described as having everything as if it were new. When it arrived, only the laptop & charger were in the box. I had something similar happen on a previous order. When I contacted them about the missing paperwork & recovery USB drive that were missing, I was given links to the Dell website instead to download them. Not to happy. Also, I found the laptop cheaper in just a bit over 24 hours but they wouldn't price match. It should be longer than that, especially considering that some of us can't have internet service all the time. I won't buy again.
Blinq asked for billing address then shipping address... I did not want the items to be shipped to my billing address. Unfortunately one item was dropped off at the door and someone picked it up opened it and then gave to me the next day... I buy stuff from Amazon have my stuff shipped directly where i want it... suppose I bought a gift for someone in N. Y and would like it to be shipped directly... I think the shipping arrange that Blinq has should be reviewed.
