“Where are my prescriptions? -No customer service”

I contacted Blink in Mid-June to fill my prescription for a drug they sell at good prices. It was attractive. But I now find that they are understaffed, do not contact their customers when a problem occurs, and if you need your medication and problem ensues -a month or more may pass before it is sent. After I paid the fee and provided my doctor's information so that Blink could fill my prescription, it was three days later that I called them to check on the arrival date of the medicine. They told me only then that they had spoken with my doctor's office, and that the office said I had to come to get a new prescription. -But- I had just been in the offince two weeks earlier. My doctor and I agreed on this medication, finasteride, and so it seemed odd that they would insist on another office visit. I spoke with my physician and with the staff that fills prescriptions. They assured me that they had not made such a return visit required. So I again contacted Blink. They then again contacted my physician. The prescription was finally said to have been sent, ten days later. That was bad enough. But worse was the fact that the medication never arrived, and still has not arrived. Only because I have contacted Blink again-and-again, since we are at the end of the third week since my order, have I I finally got an acknowledgment that the medication was lost in the mail. I never had a tracking number, though they did. I contacted them, time and again, but these problems were never addressed by them contacting me. Now they have canceled my order entirely, given me a 'credit' (which is to say that they have kept my money), and required that I begin the process again. Honestly, how can a company operate this unresponsively?
