THEY. ARE. A. SCAM.

It's not real silver or gold, they aren't factory created gems, which even those are usually garbage with no value. They claim it's all real, but that's a lie. Their products are very misleading and they do not look anything like what's ordered.

They are 100% NOT based in the US like they claim. They pretend to be, but they are in China. They operate in China, they ship from China to their CA location in the US and send from there to the recipient so it looks like it came from the US. If you try and contact them their name, e-mail, etc is written in Chinese. I personally don't care if it were made in China, but when they lie about it and go so far to hide it, it's a red flag.

The worst part, their customer service. You would think with their prices they would have decent customer service, but they have the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We contacted them 4 times without response. It wasn't until our lawyer contacted them that we suddenly heard back. Originally they claimed they never got any e-mails from us. When we provided proof we sent those e-mails, they suddenly switched to of course we got all your e-mails and we replied to all of them. They claimed they responded to all our previous e-mails and it must have just gone to spam. Nope. Oh, but they sent a screenshot of their "proof" of their replies... little arrows pointing to all the e-mails we sent on the icons you click to reply. They didn't reply, their proof was them hoping we were dumb enough to confuse a reply with a reply button. They lied and attempted to mislead us personally, on top of the fact their website is a lie about what you get, materials, quality, and location.

Every reply we did get from them was defensive and occasionally offensive.

They made the return process as difficult as possible, making us jump through non-stop hoops in hopes we would give up. They give us fake phone numbers, fake contact info, fake e-mails, and worst of all, a fake address to return the item too! That way, they can claim they never received the return. Even though the package shows it was shipped from CA, it was shipped originally from China to CA and from CA to us. They wanted us to cover the cost of the return shipping... to China. They wanted us to pay MORE to return it then it cost to but it! And when it's in their favor, they're stationed in the US, when it's not beneficial for them, they are suddenly in China. You can't claim you're not in China and then demand an absurd amount of money because the return has to go all the way to China. The return address they gave us went nowhere. It was not a real address. We had to hunt down their real address to find out what they gave us was fake. We did not find out their location from them, we found it in spite of them. The fake address was still international so it would likely be lost in the mail before making it back to us as a failed delivery. After MONTHS of them ignoring us, trying to trick us, and lying to us, you would think, at least you got your money back? Well, we did... after filing a credit card dispute. We got our money back thanks to the credit card company and in spite of this scam site doing everything they could do rip us off.
