This was a remake. The Levelor vertical veins started to twist and they weren't even 1 year old. I had to send in pictures and they were remade and sent back to me in about a month.

Everything fit and most were easy to install. Roller shades were a bit more difficult, never had installed those before. However, they worked out perfectly in the end.

We received our order but the first blind we went to install was missing all of the mounting hardware and the pieces that hold the valance in place. We are both very experienced with creating working drawings and construction and the instructions were absolutely horrible. It made a very easy task so convoluted and difficult to figure out what needed to be done. Having a different mounting bracket shown then what we had added to the confusion. We got them hung. Ended up having to purchase hardware. Still waiting on clips to attach the valance. Ultimately once I get that I might re evaluate stars. I like tge ease of the remote but the directions for programming that were not any better.

Blinds were as expected - great quality, but I had tried to change color once I saw the sample but was not allowed to as production had started. The person on the phone said I could exchange them when they arrived, but there did not seem to be a way to do that. The tracks didn't quite fit one of my skylight windows and I had to get an handyman who charged over 240$ to install bc he had to saw the metal. That was a bummer.

It was easy to order blinds that are wider than available elsewhere. They arrived quickly. Our only problem was with the directions that didn't match the motorized lift system. Support people didn't help much, but eventually we did what made sense and it worked.
