I mis-measured one of my blinds. When I called customer service, I spoke to a real person who was knowledgeable and quickly addressed my need to reorder. What a positive experience when it was my error!
Tell you the truth I have been conversing with one of your customer service reps for months. His response times were $#*!. Granted we were in different time zones but at one point I didn't hear from him for almost a week! Ends up he went on vacation and NO ONE WAS CHECKING HIS EMAILS! Completely unacceptable. He was a little snippy with his language and all in all I decided I would actually rather pay a couple hundred more dollar and did order manually myself just so he didn't make the commission on the sale. Yea he pissed me off. His loss. And he never did follow up to see why I hadn't gotten back to him. He didn't want to work for it, he didn't get it! BTW his name is Juan Woidtke
From ordering on line to delivery. I wish the rest of my remodel went as smooth. I was nervous about going on line but the web site was so easy to use and delivery was earlier than expected! I absolutely love them!

This is my second time buying blinds through Blindsgalore, and once again I'm very pleased with my purchase. Sizes came exactly as I ordered, quality is great and installation was fairly easy.

Ordering online was easy with clear measuring instructions. Delivery was prompt and items arrived as described. Installation was simple. We mounted our top down/bottom up blinds over a sliding glass door and they go full length to the floor. I'd recommend looking at bracket extensions to hold the blinds slightly away from the wall if doing this to clear the door handle which is what we did. They work and look great.
It was SO easy to place this order to my specifications unlike my experience with Lowes and Home Depot online!

The vertical blinds we purchased were well-priced, but the fabric slats are far thinner (and thus more translucent) than others we considered. The quality of manufacture is still good. We were expecting delivery to take no more than 2 weeks but they were finally delivered after 3 weeks.
The shades arrived quickly and the quality of the shades were amazing! Highly recommend
Looking forward to receiving order. I have received and absolutely love them and the ease of putting up.
