From start to finish was an easy process. The only thing I would do differently is get material samples, it was very bad to determine color and textures online.

The drapes look very pretty. They do let the light in, but I don't mind that. Easy way to upgrade a room. My only complaint is that the wand attached to open and close the drape is not put on very securely. Just a few threads keep it on. Came off right away!

The blinds look good and seem to be made ok but the 5 inside mount blinds were longer than they were supposed to be which causes them to not be let all the way out at the bottom so the slats do not sit right, its not as huge deal but they would look better had this not been the case

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
