I have been using Blair for a long time. Once I learned my sizes in certain things they fit just fine. And I like how they hold up. I am not able to get out and shop much more. They are a life saver for me.
Ordered 2 pairs of jeans for my 91 year old mother back in October 23. Contacted them after a few weeks for tracking. They cancelled one duplicate order and said the order would go out immediately. Thats after 2 other attempts to order. Now they are saying they deleted the other order and to reorder. They are horrible. Do npt order from these people.

Received my second piece of clothing unfinished. My hoodie sweatshirt had a pocket not sewn in & my pajamas had a sleeve not completed. Quality going down & prices going up! What a shame!
Items marked as in stock in the site. A week after purchase you'll get an email saying they're not. They'll gladly keep your money while you wait until it's too late to dispute charges. Don't wait, and don't ask them for a refund. Dispute the charges with your bank/creditor so blair.com will be blacklisted by them and no longer able to scam the unsuspecting.

Unfortunately, Blair.com was the only source for the style of men's casual shirt that I could find. So, ordered three from them anyway. Afterwards, I started receiving two to three marketing emails daily. When made aware of what amounted to SPAMMING my email address, Blair's only response was a canned email response with zero corrective action.

If you don't want to be SPAMMED by this online clothing retailer, Blair.com, don't provide them an email address.
REPEAT CUSTOMER, MANY ORDERS OVER 10+ YEARS. FROM CATALOGUE ON LINE ORDER WOULD NOT GIVE $10 DISCOUNT PER SAME ITEM #. HAVE BOUGHT SAME ONLINE WAY FOR MANY YEARS! NEVER RAN INTO THE "ATTITUDE" OF A CUSTOMER REP FROM BLAIR AND ASSOCIATED COMPANIES. VERY RUDE! VERY CONDESCENDING! THEY HAD ALL THE INFOR NEEDED BUT 23 MINUTES TO ORDER 2 ITEM # BUT DIFF. COLORS? Do NOT order from Blair if you think you may have to return or exchange... because that is impossible to do. I returned an item in the original packaging for an exchange of the same item, different size. The refund was LESS THAN HALF THE original cost; they deducted shipping, handling, restock fees. Then hit my account for the exchange item, which cost more because they did not honor the original sale price and charged shipping and handling again. If I had known beforehand, I would have just canceled the new item. It has been weeks, and I have had no communication about the exchange...is it under a new order #...? Is it on the way.? Is it lost.? Was it even sent...? I cant get into my 'account'. It would not honor my password, and ignored repeated requested to allow a password reset... I tried to call customer service and entered an IMPOSSIBLE, prolonged round robin with artificial intelligence and never did get transferred to an agent...so now what?
I bought 2 pairs of jeans at 43.65 each and when I received them they smell like mothballs. Even after washing with double the soap and 3 gain sheets, they still smell like mothballs. The pants are great but I don't want to go around smelling like I have been in the chest with a whole pack of mothballs. A smell you will never forget. I will NOT be buying from Blair again. Rating should be Zero.

Years ago I stopped ordering from Blair's because of a problem with a legit return. I just recently ordered a few items because of medical problems, it's difficult for me to get out. One item was tóo large and they are going to charge me $10 to exchange it! I don't think so. I'll take my business elsewhere. No wonder they are going out of business. Can't compete with Amazon with lousy customer service.
The styles are for pregnant looking people or old ladies on nursing homes. The cotton items shrink and long sleeves are too short. Styles horrible.

Many years ago I ordered products from Blair and was a very satisfied customer.
I am short so it was hard to find clothes to fit.
I haven't ordered from them for a few years so recently, I couldn't find Gloria Vanderbilt jeans in the color I wanted for my size so I decided to look around. I found exactly what I wanted with Blair. I was excited till I clicked on purchase and realized that the exact same jeans that I buy from Belk for $21 is $48 at Blair.
I'm sorry but that is nothing but a rip off!
I won't bother with this company anymore.
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans, l in black, 1in blue. I only received the blue pair, although my packing slip said l received both.To date l have never received the black jeans. I have made 4 calls, l placed the order in February, this is the end of April. I haven't even received a refund for second pair.

I purchased 3 items in May. I returned 2 of those items 2 weeks later by USPS. I called at the end of June to check on my refund. I live in the North East, returns go to Atlanta, Georgia. I was told by the associate that I'd have to come and retrieve it and re-mail it through UPS with the label provided in the return policy on their site. Secondly, the order was placed by phone with an associate with 2 gift cards and a debit card. This was communicated to the associate at the time. Long story short they refunded the money to the depleted and disposed gift cards and to my debit card, that was $10.09 and $43.06 to the gift cards. Now they have the merchandise and my money and refuse to refund the $43.06 to my debit card. My order # *******, and the item #'s are John Blair adjust-a-band relaxed-fit microfiber shorts ******* $29.99 and John Blair pin-dot sport shirt B******* $19.99 respectively. I have to give 1 star, but it's actually -3 stars
Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Run, don't walk to any other company to spend your hard earned money.

I looked at knit tops on their website. Site said they're on sale. On looking closer, only the smaller sizes we're discounted. The larger sizes were NOT listed as unavailable or out of stock. I could order them but I would have had to pay full price. I emailed Blair about this because there were several different items of clothing that sale prices were only listed on the smaller sizes. Their NON-response was some styles and colors are more popular and sell out quickly. I responded that wasn't the case on what I looked at and several different items were listed as being on sale but the only sale prices were on small sizes. I even took screen shots of their website and included them in my email communication to prove my point. Their response was to stand by their original statement…which did nothing to answer or try to fix their discriminatory policy. If you look closely at the attached photo you can see the sale price only applies to smaller sizes. On larger sizes the regular price has a mark through it and listed below is the sale price and on the larger sizes, the regular and sale prices are the same. I gave them 1 star because there isn't an option for -10.
Ordered gifts for a friend in June. Charges continued to hit my checking account until September. I was told a credit was issued for a refund when in fact it was not and my account was continuously charged. There are other great sites to order from. This one is not worthy of anyone's business. Although they offer a full refund they keep sales tax and delivery as well as charge your payment authorization for months after the purchase. Never again.
I ordered 2 polo shirts last June and paid with a credit card. I use the card for most everything and have several automatic payments that come out monthly. I canceled the card recently and went through the monthly bills and noticed a recurring payment for $14.97 each month. I called Blair and the agent explained I had signed up for free shipping on future orders for this price each month. I didn't sign up for any such thing. I asked for my money back and was promised a full refund.

Ordered a $16 vest that did not fit when it arrived. I had checked the return policy on the web site and no mention was made of a $9.99 return shipping charge. I called customer service to get return instructions when this return charge came to my attention. I could throw the vest away and only loose $6. Guess you can imagine that's what I'll choose to do! Never ever ever buy from this outfit!
Got dress call Blair snagged in the back. Called me I would not have to pay for the return now they're telling me I have to pay $9.99 to send the snag dress back to them I will not be buying nothing from them again I would not buy anything from them again

When I buy I want to know where item was made. Simply saying 'imported' won't cut it. And all their clothes are 'imported'. I suspect they are made in China; and I won't buy items made in China!

I placed the original order on 6/8/2022. Everything showed in stock. They shorted the order by one item. After multiple calls and listening to a bunch of excuses, I received an e-mail stating that my item had shipped. It was shipped by DHL on 6/13/2022. A week later I still do not have the item and it was shipped from Mableton Georgia which is only two hours up the road from here. The tracking shows it has not moved since it arrived at DHL. I received another e-mail saying it was to be delivered on 6/18/2022. It did not arrive and still shows it has not moved since it was given to DHL. These fools make the post office look like express service! When I inquired about it not being delivered, I received an e-mail stating that I needed to wait until 6/27/2022 to see if it will be delivered (?). When I called again to investigate what was going on I was once again sent the land on broken English and heavy accents. I asked to speak to a supervisor in the United States, and was transferred again. After a long wait, I was answered by a recording that said they could not take my call and to leave a message and someone would call me back. I am still waiting for a call back from the same place on 6/10/2022. These folks are the biggest joke I have ever have the unpleasant task of dealing with. They take your money with no problems, but they just can't seem to deliver the merchandise they sell, nor can they deliver proper customer service. The only saving grace was I used PayPal, so I know I will get my money back. Buyer beware, stay far away from Blair.

If you buy two shirts and return them. You are charged shipping to receive the items and $9.99 to return the Items. Too costly to try their items out.
I ordered an item 6/22/20 for the first time. It did not fit. I could not access my online account to return the item. I have called 5 times (India), emailed 15 times and the problem that I cannot access my online account has not been solved. I got so frustrated I returned the item using Blair's return label costing me $9.99. I completed all the necessary Blair forms for return and refund. It is now 8/10/20 and they say they have not received the item yet but when they do it will take 4-5 weeks to process the refund. How do companies like this stay in business?
I bought a vest on sale $23. Didn't fit too large, returned the vest for an exchange using their label that I had to pay $9.99. And on top of that, I checked out my checking account last night & saw that I charged another $23 for this vest, No it was NOT a credit, in was a minus on top of that $9.99 that I to pay to return the vest. So, now I'm charged over double the cost of what the vest would had cost reg. Price. I would NEVER buy any thing from this company again. Buyer Beware. They are crooks. That's how they stay in business, ripping people off!
