I've ordered plants from the website and have visited their table at some reptile expos. Overall I'm more neutral about the site for live goods. The plants are pretty small for the price but they were healthy and mine are doing well. I found out one of the plants I ordered had scale, so I called up not really expecting anything but they actually refunded me the money for the plant but I didn't have to ship it back. Discouraging, even though it's not uncommon to get a plant with bugs from vendors. I was very happy with the way they handled it though.
