Do NOT order from them! Horrible experience, horrible customer service! They sent me the wrong color every time and refused to even acknowledge it! The first time I've ordered I thought it was meant to look that way but the second time I've received 2 different shades in what's supposed to be the same color number! Insane! Again my questions were totally ignored and refused any help! They NEVER answer their phones either! Buy somewhere else! Save yourself the pain! Plenty websites to purchase from!

I've ordered from this company three times, first time no problem, but the second time customer service was rude. The third time I gave the hair I bought a negative review and I stand by it the hair was horrible. I placed another order on 12/6/22, and never received an order confirmation, then I got an email with a tracking number that never shipped, These people are horrible and act like they in the ghetto.
I ordered a 100% Human Hair wig and received a Synthetic one. I paid $13 for shipping to receive my wig in 4-days for an important business event. I didn't receive the wig within 4-days. It took a week and a half. I wrote to Customer Service-no response. Terrible Business Practice! I would never recommend this company.

One was the wrong item and color
I reached out to them even though it was there mistake they wanted me to return it
Post office closed everything changed during Covid lockdown I have a compromise condition wasn't leaving the house
They would not send me the right wig so I no longer buy there wigs
Been a loyal customer for years the wig wasn't that much and we were in a pandemic
I purchased a wig. The first time it was hard lace. Hard lace sits directly on your head, you juts use a but of your own hair to hide the front, and it looks seamless. Although soft lace is a trend, it's a bad idea. It's loose, detectable, the wig doesn't sit correctly on your head without glue. So I re-ordered the same exact wig ONLY BEACUSE IT'S HARD LACE and what I received is soft lace WITH A BALD PATCH IN THE FRONT. It looks ridiculous, like wearing a hair hat, no way this is going to look natural or even good. Wasted $70 CAD but of course they don't allow 1 star reviews. (the wig was Zury Sis Naturali Star Synthetic Lace Front Wig – Amor)

The quality of the was also ridiculous.. I feel like these manufacturers don't care, and no one is holding them accountable.

I ordered a wig Nuna. I have gotten a copy; variant looks nothing like the wig I had gotten in the past. Looks nothing like the real Nuna. I am so very disappointed. I have tried to contact with no success never again will I order from this company.

THIS WEBSITE IS NOT RELIABLE NOR IS IT EXISTENT. I TRIED ORDERING A WIG, THEY TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, BUT NEVER SENT ME ANY SHIPPING INFO. I HAD TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO TO FRIDAY NIGHT HAIR. I HAVE ORDERED TWO WIGS FROM THERE AND THEY ARE A MUCH BETTER COMPANY THAN THIS GARBAGE!
I ordered from them and had an issue with shipping, where UPS claimed the order was delivered and I did not receive it. Called them, they told me to wait until the next business day, that UPS does this sometimes. Called them back Monday and was told they would put in a claim. Called back two days later to inform them what the local UPS facility had related to me and that I believed my package was stolen. They had not even filed the claim. They said they would call me back. They called me back and told me I could not get a refund nor would they reship my order because I had SurePost. Made no sense, I got annoyed. So they put me on hold and someone else came back to the phone. She told me that the issue was that I had a My Choice account and that I would have to get a police report. I had already spoken with the police that Monday when I was informed that my package might have been stolen. They said they could not really do much without proof. I did not think it worth it to file a police report for $28. Maybe I should have. The situation was not resolved and I ended up having to call Paypal to get a courtesy refund because the vendor and Paypal denied my claim just because Black Hairspray had a tracking number. Told Paypal, I am not disputing the order was delivered. I'm disputing that I received it. I just feel this vendor could have done more to help and did the very least they could. Would not be shopping here again.
I contacted them and all she told me to do was send it back I would have to pay shipping, I thought they would say that... she blamed it on the manufacturer and said it was maybe because of the color and the sad part is it's the exact same color that I had from a few years ago. I will not order from BlackHairSpray again... I ordered a wig "Helen" it is such a pretty bob cut and it was time to get a "fresh" one, the one I received today has just a rough and dry look and I never received bad new hair.
God forbid if your order is lost by USPS. If you contact them they are very rude and do not actually care if you are a returning customer with no issues. You have to wait 8 days for an investigation when it was not even your fault. NEVER shopping here again.
I ordered a wig, they sent an email that the color I wanted was out of stock OK fine. I called the next business day to change it to another color that was in stock. Two days pass and I get no email saying the item was shipped so I called them and they tell me the previous rep did not change it in the system that I changed it to another color. So I cancel my order altogether. It gets worse, it's a waiting list if you want your order canceled. Three days went by and order still was not canceled. Will never order from them again
I placed an order that I needed in a hurry. It shipped quickly, but when I checked to see if it arrived, UPS marked that they left it outside of my door. I never received it, plus my apartment building has a secure package room, so it did not make sense why it was left at my door with no signature. When I called I was told that they would have to investigate with UPS, it took 8 days. I never got an update, so I emailed them, and they responded that they issued a refund. They never contacted me, to see if I wanted to have my items reshipped. So I called, and they said that they could not ship to the same address because there as a claim for loss. So... I guess they don't want my business. The rep got a manager on the phone who told me they could reship, but it would be at my own risk. In the meantime, my money has been held up. Terrible customer service. They just don't care. I placed my order with Sam's Beauty. Stay Away
I have trying to contact blackhairspray multiple times. I have emailed them around six times and I have never once received an email back, so I had to call and figure out if i would be able to receive a refund and then i had to call again to see if they had received my package. I still have not received my refund and it has been almost a month. I will not ever be using them again, first and last time.
You will do better if you improve your payments method and phones. Why will you have a phone number that no body picks
