Concealer brush second order not received
I received an offer for 15% off when I went to the website today. At checkout, the code was not accepted, saying I already have a better price (because there is a Mother's Day sale)
I contacted BK Beauty to see if this 15% off can be credited manually or something. As I spent an extensive time searching because I was under the impression there was a Mother's Day deal and the 15% off, otherwise why was it offered without any restrictions. As I logged onto the site today, it should be aware that there is already the Mother's Day discount and not offered the 15% off for first time purchase. In this day and age of extreme busy Ness and lots of selection you would hope the company takes the time to make the website clear or to offer better customer service instead of wasting your time. I'm sure the product is great with all these reviews but I would rather go to the second best if they have better customer service and value our time.
