Horrible customer service. They'll take your money without sending your order and ignore you when you reach out to them on different platforms. Hope they go bankrupt.

Didn't get my order after numerous emails they said I was refunded but I still haven't got it going to contact bbb this is horrible customer service, they emailed asked what I used to pay pay pal or credit if credit the last 4 gave them that and didn't respond it's like ignoring me who knows waiting now to see if I get my refund I will dispute with my bank if not

I placed an order April 29th and have been charged but of course no product received. I have followed up by phone and email numerous times with zero reply. Now I have to contact my credit card to dispute the charges. Zero customer service - don't waste your time! This is not a reputable company.

I placed an order on august 3rd, it was suppose to arrive by my boyfriends birthday on September 9. I hadn't heard anything - no emails nothing. I sent several emails and messages (no number to phone them) to inquire about the status, finally got a response on august 30th stating they don't have any good staff and will process my refund ASAP am when they arrive at their location as they were headed to a tournament. It's September 13 now and no refund and no further responses. The WORST customer service, total scam. They update their Instagram daily and promote their products but can't even fill any orders.

I also ordered a shirt, paid 25$ and never received it. I've contacted them several times with no reply. Will be contacting my credit card company about a refund for fraud.

Paid for an infant sorrow shirt and never got it. Don't order from them they will just steal your money

I was really excited when I found a jiu jitsu shirt and ordered it for my bf. I opened the package and was so disappointed in the graphics. The writing was a different color and blurry. It looked nothing like what was shown online. I paid 19.99 for the shirt and 4.99 for shipping.
I contacted customer service through the email provided and told them about product. They told me that they print thousands of shirts and sometimes a shirt gets sent out that shouldn't have and would I like the product replaced. I said yes but I shouldn't have to pay shipping to return defective merchandise and have a new item sent. I didn't order the wrong size so I shouldn't to pay for their mistake since they have noone working quality control.

I sent them an email of the product I received and never heard back from customer service.
