After investing over 4 hours of my life to this site, I am at 1850 points. I have to earn 5000 points to cash out for $5. WOOHOO. Nope. Problem 1) screening questions asked by companies are ALREADY ANSWERED in your profile. It can take 5 minutes to get through screening questions only to be told that you don't qualify. 2) You sign your life away. Some of the surveys ask very private, inappropriate, biased and leading questions. My skin crawled. I am hoping I can thoroughly end my relationship with Bizrate and have them delete my profile data. I make far more REAL money with rebate reward apps just from living life.

I'm not sure what I bought online to prompt all these ridiculous emails from this company.
All of them promise I will get all these points for completing surveys. All the surveys are either closed or I do not qualify.
It is a huge waste of time.

I am changing my review from "not that bad" to "bad." Sometime around March of 2021, my account was deleted without my knowledge. When I contacted them, I was told that I was the one who deleted it and I would have to make a new account if I wanted to continue with them. I'm positive that I'm not the one who deleted my account. So, I decided not to rejoin them. A few months later I received an email stating that they made an update that deleted many peoples accounts. I was told that I would have to re-make my account and they would add my previous points. So, I gave them a chance and rejoined, but I didn't receive my points. I had to contact them again before they returned my points. After that, it was just a huge mess, and nothing worked right. I decided it was not worth it and left them.
Before this mess, I was with them for a little over two years and had no problems with them, including payments.
Seeing others say this is a scam confuses me. I don't even know where they are getting offers for magazines. I have only seen 3 options for rewards (picture included) the whole 2 years I have been with them. Though I have not done a survey since March of this year (2020) and only cashed out one time, I was not scammed. They sent me my Amazon gift card promptly with no strings attached. I will say, I do hardly ever qualify for a survey and in my opinion it takes a lot of points just to get a $5 Amazon gift card. I hardly ever spend time here doing their surveys, otherwise I am sure I would have had more points to be able to cash out more than once. I have too many other survey sites that I do, that I can get actual cash with fewer points.
You take your time to answer there damn questions thinking your getting a bonus turns out to be yearly subscriptions to four different magazines. Then wants your credit card info so at the end of your year if you dont want them no more you have to get in touch with all four so they dont charge your credit card full price on more. Not a bonus to me. They suck big time!
Spent 4 hours answering the surveys to finally get 5,000 and be able to redeem & get the giftcard that turned out to be an egiftcard for $5. I would have made more working in a sweatshop in Thailand.
