Waste of money!

I've got an unpleasant story. I ordered some half-round business cards — they arrived, and it turned out they hadn't been centered properly during cutting, so the design was off, plus the colors were all messed up, the contrasts completely off. I had saved everything in the CMYK profile they recommended, so it should have been fine — but it wasn't.

I filed a complaint, and the customer service person kept trying to write to me in Polish, even though it was obvious they were using AI — Polish characters were replaced with exclamation marks and all that. I asked them, "Please, let's talk in English — don't continue in this broken Polish."

They said they needed proof for the complaint: "Please send us photos of all the prints with a ruler." And I was like — "Are you kidding me? You want me to send you 100 photos of your messed-up business cards?" In the end, they gave in and said 10 would be enough — but still, what an absurd request.

Then it turns out there's no option for a refund, even though I asked for one because I was really pissed off. "We can only reprint them for you," they said. So I asked, "Okay, but can I at least send a slightly adjusted version of the design — maybe we can fix the colors this time?" Nope — "It has to be the exact same file."

So yeah. I ended up with 150 more cards with the same messed-up colors. Total disaster. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE — a complete waste of money and an absolute circus.

They promote themselves as an Australian company, but my printing was done in Portugal. It then arrived too late, despite the fact that I paid extra, due to issues with international couriers. Lisbon, Paris, Dubai, Singapore, Melbourne... My bookmarks are better travelled than me. There is no way to complain. No email. No messaging system. No phone number. You can shout at their chat bot.
Just avoid!

They just scam you out of money and never send anything if it's supposed to be delivered to a "parcel shop" or something, they never give you code to pick it up, because they never delivered it there, they just say they did

I paid extra for fast production and shipping so my order would arrive on time for my event. It arrrived 4 days later than I paid for. They were rude and didnt even refund my extra shipping costs. Will never use again. Do yourself a favor and go to Vista Print

I ordered an express delivery which they delivered even too late even according to the normal lead time. They first proposed to compensate this (admitting to their mistake which was also obvious), but then before pay out, they drew back their decision. They just kept money from the express delivery without at all even trying to deliver this service or compensate their failure.

It was impossible to reach them during the late delivery or ask them anything. Their unreliability led to a mountain of issues on my side.

So clearly an unfair and extremely unprofessional business, there are for sure better and more^rice-competitive options on the market, my mistake for not checking such reviews.

SCAMMERS

You make your purchase online, they never answer you back with any information, you try contact and they answer saying: "you will receive an answer in 24h", and in the next 24h you receive the SAME, that they will answer in another 24h. There is no way to contact them unless email, they don't have phone, or answer through social media. They only have a virtual chat that does not respond anything. I was supposed to receive my order YESTERDAY, and there is no information about it! TOTAL SCAM!

Bad print

Pure deception. Worthless club. Notice of default will be sent by post.

Ordered 500 beer mats, printed on one side. For a reunion, so you pay for a chosen delivery date... once the delivery date (Dec 19) has passed, you hear nothing, see nothing - and no one to contact... another day before the reunion... I have a hard time about it.

Update: Bizay has apologized and, to ensure delivery, created a "reprint of my order with an estimated delivery date of... January 6.? "
Wait a minute... what's going wrong here... If you order you have to pay before a desired delivery date, the sooner delivered, the more you pay. But that's even worse if you can't keep the delivery date!

This is really PURE DECEPTION. I offered Bizay to come pick up the beer mats in the Netherlands. (yes through a new customer request, because contact is quite difficult). In addition, I have given them notice of default.
A few hours later I receive a message that they remind me of the conditions 'that personalized products cannot be canceled or changed'.
Wait a minute... they need to do a reprint of my order? Then the 'personalized product has not yet gone into production!

Oh yes and the review below with 'we are at your disposal for any other contact'. This is still a disaster, because there is no other way of communicating - other than creating a new customer request every time. You will also not be called back using the contact details I provided.

Horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service and communication. From what I have read on other reviews, this is a very common problem and has been happening for years with Bizay. The situation: you select expedited shipping, pay a decent premium to have your product arrive quickly, they do not meet the deadline, no product arrives, and you hear nothing from them. This happened to me, and on the day my product was supposed to be delivered, I had to write to them and ask what the hell was going on, because their online order page and shipping tracking had no info at all. Then they tell me, "Oh sorry, there was a delay in production of your order, and now it will be delivered 11 days later than you paid for". I'm sorry, you didn't even begin production on my order until after it was supposed to be delivered? I had to get my product printed by another company, because I had a deadline to meet. I've asked for a full refund from Bizay, and apparently they don't offer that. I'm not accepting that answer. The fact that they have no customer service phone number is a giveaway. Horrible company, horrible service, avoid at all costs. I will not accept their answer.

Never received full order

I placed an order September 2. I first received an email stating there was a 1 day delay. When the item did not arrive I began to email. They told me to wait another week despite the order never shipping. After a week after the original delivery promise date, I emailed again. They said it NEVER happened before and they don't know what to do. I said, "Reprint & ship or refund." The have yet to do either. No contact phone number, just an email address with emails at random hours of the night with no real solution

I ordered some flyers 4 x 6 for deployed US troops from BIZRAY. Ordered them printed on 60lb paper which should be almost as stiff as card stock. Copy paper is usually 20lb paper, but these flyers came in thinner than copy paper.
I tried to get them to make good on the order with the heavier paper but below is what they wrote back. I will not do business with the company that is not honest.

"We regret that the order did not meet your expectations.

After analysis, we see that you opted for 60Ib paper, which corresponds to the product you received.

Please note that basis weight refers to the density of the paper, i.e. The mass per m². Thickness is the distance between the two sides of the paper, usually measured in µm (micrometers).

The thickness of papers with the same grammage can vary. This is because the thickness depends on the compactness of the fibers in the sheet, which changes from one brand of paper to another.

For future purchases, we suggest that you choose a 100Ib or 14pt paper, so that the product is more consistent. "

If I would be able to give 0 stars, I would.

Expensive, you cannot download designs, and the customer service is the worst I ever experienced.

They take multiple days for one short e-mail, which is not understandable. I was mailing back and forth 3 weeks long, and in the end, what I wanted wasn't even possible (placing an order in a different country on the same account)

This shop sucks, NEVER ORDER!

I didn't check things properly. Thought it was weird that customer contact details were missing and if you wanted to delete account they don't provide proper information. I actually bought because of how cheap the business cards are. I have rung my bank who believes it is a fraudulent business and I have had to cancel my card details with the bank, wait 5-7 business days for a new card and dispute the transaction which could take over 6 weeks to get my money back. If you go to contact us or customer service you are directed same page - client support with no details of where to contact them and if you wish to delete your account they say email your email address at (private email) - they don't show you details. On their page at the top you can find my account but nowhere in the drop down menu can you delete account. If it is too good to be true it usually is. I should have come here first. Very naive because they look official, but as I said when I explained to my bank they have no contact information that is when my bank said scam.

Have not used them but was going to! I was suspicious when I saw there are NO CONTACT DETAILS for them on the website! No Phone Number, and no visible email address (except in the terms) and to top it off when you click on "Customer Service" the page is broken...

These are all the flags I need

AVOID BIZAY AT ALL COSTS

The non-profit I work for has a vintage cocktail event coming up next week. As a non-profit we are always trying to be responsible with the funds that we're entrusted with, so we generally by on price. I needed to have 75 11X17 posters and 75 4X6 magnets printed. I sourced them through Bizay because their prices were very good. When I print online, I almost exclusively use printrunner.com, but Bizay was 25% cheaper for these jobs. I submitted my print ready files and paid for my two different orders. The advertised delivery dates were the 23rd and the 26th.

I've been checking my order and it's gone nowhere. The order status page actually looks broken, attached below. I received a response this morning that my orders have been delayed and not even produced yet AND once they were produced shipping would take 3 business days. I'm out of time.

If you need your product in a timely manner avoid BIzay at all costs.

Muy mala experiencia.

La primera vez que utilicé el servicio de esta empresa la calidad del producto fue mala pero como era barato decidí utilizar nuevamente sus servicios, y resultó una peor experiencia ya que nunca recibí el producto. Y la experiencia con el costumbres service peor todavía. Debí recibir mi pedido el día 14 septiembre y todavía no ni el producto ni mi dinero de vuelta.

I paid $50 for a long sleeve shirt with the logo of my small business, the order never shipped & was delayed almost for 2 months, recently they sent an email saying that the order wasn't available anymore without no explanation. And supposedly they will give me a refund of loyalty program in my account to purchase another product. I didn't need any other product and I requested my money back. It has been a month now and they deleted my order from my account so in their system I don't have any invoice. The refuse to give me my money back I can't believe that I trusted this company.
