I and my friends were referred to the this investment platform which we see as a life changing opportunity and we invested all we had but turns out to be a bad decision we find it so difficult to get our funds out of it and we thought we've lost it all so we filed a dispute on it using Ｌｅｇａｌｒｅｃｏｖ－ｃ0 m and luckily we got all our funds back…. You can try this if you're having same issues

I never received my bitcoin. I asked for a refund and 2 months later, still nothing.

I bought with a Paypal debit card thinking that if this was a scam, Paypal would sort it out. But Paypal wont help you with crypto - not under the regulations for customer protection.

1 month and a half later still no refund after fews exchanges with their support.
Can't recommand they're bunch of scammers and don't give a $#*! stealing your money.
For a 250$ order, shame on you, even street dealers are way more trustworthy.
Edit: Got my money back after some harassment against their support (3 months overall).

Very bad- many hide costs. You send an ammount but it's received less because... I don't know why... hided fees? Same when i received...

Purchased 35 in btc and you need to pay 10 charge for "administrative tasks". This is a complete steal.

Tried to buy bitcoin from bitnovo in December. They charged my credit card, but I never received the product - Bitcoins. Their customer service won't respond to my inquiries. STAY AWAY FROM BITNOVO if you're looking to invest in, or purchase bitcoin.

Charged my card without sending Bitcoin. Support has stopped replying. Totally regrettable, Stay away!

They promote themselves as not requesting anything from you, then after you pay for bitcoins they ask for your photo and id. Be careful folks.
