very bad- many hide costs. you send an ammount but it's received less because .... I don't know why.... hided fees? same when i received....

Purchased 35 in btc and you need to pay 10 charge for "administrative tasks". This is a complete steal.

They promote themselves as not requesting anything from you, then after you pay for bitcoins they ask for your photo and id. Be careful folks.

Tried to buy bitcoin from bitnovo in December. They charged my credit card, but I never received the product - Bitcoins. Their customer service won't respond to my inquiries. STAY AWAY FROM BITNOVO if you're looking to invest in, or purchase bitcoin.
