Trading with Leo Mason since April. Since upgrade of system a new Analyst Nicholas Adilo has contacted me who is very pushy for me to put $ *******. AUD into my account. I refused and I have requested on 3 December to withdraw all of my money. Cant get money out and Leo removed his email so I can not contact him. Nicholas does not know anything... not able to advice how to get the money or give a name of a person who can help me. Do not give a cent to Bitky.io... they are scammers. When I told Leo that Bitky has very bad reviews he got very angry.

Do not send Bitky a cent. They are criminals.
I have lost $130k Aud to Bitky. Your money is not in the trading platform, they pocket your funds. Unregulated and registered in the Republic of Dominica. Really, check it out.
Their retention agents are pushy and are always wanting you to deposit funds.

Your withdrawal requests go no where, as do your emails and phone calls
If you want to loose your money go with Bitky io.

Amazing, I have been working with Bitky for a while now, almost a year, and I managed to provide myself with steady additional profit since I started working with them. I would recommend them, their site is easy to use, and they will provide you their Analyst for you, been working with Jack from the start! You need a little extra time to really understand this market, but it's worth it

Do not give Bitky one cent because you will never see it again! I tried for more than a year to get my money back. When you request a withdrawal, they tell you you need to deposit more money into a crypto wallet "to prove the path is working" If you do start a wallet, they will quickly drain it and then tell you that they don't know what happened and that you need to do it again with a minimum of US$*******. I believe that any "positive" reviews are simply generated by Bitky. BEWARE!

After only a month with Bitky I decided to stop using the platform. I'm still waiting for my funds. Shouldn't be taking weeks to receive my money. The company isn't registered and I believe it is a scam. The mobile number they provide is of no use. You can't actually speak to anybody about your account. AVOID at all costs.
Contacted customer support and receive a generic reply that my query would be answered by the relevant department. Still no reply. My withdrawal request has been "pending" for a month now.

One week later, exactly same email response.
5 weeks and no email about my money!

I can say that I am really amazed with this platform! So easy to work on and they analyst help me a lot to understand everything. As soon as you want or go to withdrawal funds. You are met with nothing but excuses, ******* down the drain. Do not trade with them they will just take your money. Very angry

Do not trade with BITKY.io they are a scam company. They essentially stole over $100,000USD from me on their trading platforms, deliberately driving the trades down. To date I have never recovered any funds.

Bitky really turned 2022 around for me. I signed last year and I didnt expect much but as my account was progressing I was more and more satisfied with what they have to offer and with my knowledge of trading. From the day one, James has been tutoring me and supporting me so I can "read" the market how he says and become a better trader myself!

They do not take NO for an answer. I partially signed up to look at their website and now they won't leave me alone. They 2 -3 calls a day. They continue to call all hours of the day and night even though I have asked 20 times plus to be taken of their call list. I just got a call then 11.58pm. Who calls at that time of night. They never call with the same number. I have blocked them many times. The numbers when you return the calls always are always an invalid number. What company changes the number every time they call? What company doesn't have a call centre answering missed calls or enquiries. They try to convince me to complete the sign up even when I tell them I'm not interested. They keep trying to engage you in conversation and they get annoyed when you tell them you ARE NOT INTERESTED. I have to hang up on them and they keep calling back:-(

Bitky is quite popular in my surroundings, it's been a year now since couple of my friends and I register with them. For everyone who is interested in crypto, my opinion is that bitky is the best choice, with them was easy to learn and they were always open with me and with their experience, they taught me how to find myself in better position on market and how to recognize changes better and faster.

I started using bitky platform. The experience i had it Is awful!
They are using any desk to get into my device and now that I don't want to work with them! They say we can't do anything and you must let us to get into your device to be able to help you get your money back! The persons name is jack fisher! Which is clearly a fake name!
These people are based somewhere in India in their scam call centres! And they are scamming people left and right!

I withdraw my money from the account they created for me and I haven't received anything yet!
I'm still waiting for my funds. Shouldn't be taking weeks to receive my money. The company isn't registered and I believe it is a scam.

This company is not legit and they are just using this platform to scam people!
